Bird VS Snake

At Clover Town.

The town is a rather small town situated in a mountainous area, surrounded by forests. It's located in the southeastern part of Fiore, near the neighboring nation of Bosco. A railway connects Clover town to a series of other towns such as Oshibana and Magnolia Town.

Clever Town is best known for the fact that it is the place where Masters of Legal Guilds are gathered to discuss their guilds.

In the Guild Meeting Building, as the place where the regular meeting site for the provincial Guild Masters. The atmosphere of the meeting was rather like a banquet, the Guild Masters were drinking and chatting in a lively manner about things beyond the reach of discussion about magic.

Guild Master of Fairy Tail, Makarov is talking to Blue Pegasus Guild Master, Bob, and Quatro Cerberus Guild Master, Goldmine, about Fairy Tail's newest member, Lucy, and her boobs.

However, Goldmine felt the conversation was out of their control, so he tried to divert their dirty conversation as much as possible.

Suddenly a small bird flew with a letter flying towards Makarov, "Makarov-sama, you have a letter from Mirajane-sama."

"Hmm?"

He immediately opened the letter as if he didn't care at all with the surroundings who also looked towards the letter sent to Makarov. However, in a second his face turned smug-disgusting looks after seeing Mirajane's beautiful figure satisfyingly popped out from the letter.

"Master, thank you for attending the regular meeting. We've some wonderful news while you were gone"

"We get a new member that turned out is Lucy's cousin, of course it's men!"

New member? it's a man! as expected his face changed disappointed.

"Also, Erza formed a team with Gray and Natsu, of course Lucy and Happy with them too. Don't you think it's wonderful? I think this might very well be the strongest team in Fairy Tail."

"..." Makarov.

"I thought I'd better inform you of this, so I wrote you a latter, and one more, before Natsu and his team went on a mission, he said he would deliver a gift to the current master meeting place. See you then."

When the letter was completely read out as Mirajane's small figure disappeared in an instant, Makarov's face blackened as the sweat poured down his face like a waterfall, and then collapsed.

"...My Fairy Tail ended!!!"

Meanwhile, in Oshibana station, after she cleared up a bunch of Eisenwald members inside the station's building, Erza immediately rushed out of the building to tells the bystanders surrounding it to run because there is a spell that may kill everyone around the station.

Because of that, Erza's proclamation causes everyone to panic and stampeded for the exit from the station but Erza believes that is better for them to panic than to die. As she was about to turns around to enter the station once more, her eyes were alarmed by a large hurricane wall covering the entire station building suddenly appearing out of nowhere.

...

Elsewhere.

"What? are you give up?" the green-haired young boy expressionless said.

Kageyama Furiously glared at the young boy that he was facing. The young boy looked very calm as there was no pressure whatsoever from this battle, even from the beginning to the end, he still stood at the original place without a slight shift, he also did not do any the slightest movement as his hands were still folded behind his back.

He had tried many different types of attacks but nothing worked to shake that strange invisible barrier that protected the young boy. He can't even launch a physical attack on him as the invisible barrier prevented him from approaching that young boy.

"If you have the guts, get out of your barrier!!!" he sneered.

Hearing that, Nathan simply shook his head, "If you can't even shake my barrier, don't ever dream of being able to fight me directly! You are not worthy!"

"You..." being demeaned by a little brat who should be his creamy prey, his pride felt like being trampled down to pieces. He was not even able to retort it.

Kageyama glared furiously at the young boy with full of hatred as he gritted his teeth and smash his hand once again,

"Shadow Orochi"

In a second, shadows appear from the floor as its shapes into multiple black snakes that immediately rushed to attack and bite Nathan who was still motionlessly standing in his place. It pity, none of that snakes that capable of scraping his barrier.

"Haha!! the snakes I create will chase its opponents to the end of the world, that means, they won't disappear until you get out of your barrier, then it will make sure that none of your bones are left... haha, let's see how long you are able to maintain your barrier you damn brat!" Kageyama jeers madly.

Whereas Nathan's expression was not shaken one bit by the description that Kageyama said as he watching at the shadow that moves like the real wild blood-thirsty snakes who want to attack their prey.

However, there was a slight interest on his face, "This magic is quite interesting" he smiled and shifts his gaze towards Kageyama, "It seems like that is all you can show me... nevertheless, as an appreciation of your hard work, let's end this play!"

He flicked his finger.

Suddenly a shadow appeared from below Nathan and gradually formed up the shape of a large bird that flapping its wings wildly as its sharp eyes looked down at the snakes under it as if it had found its food.

"Wh-what?!! how is that possible?!!" Kageyama shakes disbelief seeing the scene in front of him. It Shadow Magic! how could he also use shadow magic like himself?! isn't he using air elemental magic? Kageyama's head was completely in a mess.

"Perhaps you are thinking that how can I use the Shadow Magic as same as you" Nathan's small mouth curved up slightly as he continues, "You are not totally wrong with your guess, not totally true either"

Kageyama constricted as he keeps listening to the young boy say, "However, let me tell you the secret"

Nathan looked at Kageyama as his smile widening ridiculously said, "From the first time you showed your magic before me, oh no... since the first time you used your Shadow Magic to stalking me and Gray-san secretly, that's was the time I started calculating your flow of structure, concept, and essence of your Shadow Magic. Though it rather complicated compared to average magic, I managed to copy it perfectly in a sort of time".

"That is only one of my magic abilities... then I can also modify it according to the creativity that I like, even better than the way you use your own magic, it's also one of my magic ability..."

"And so, I congratulate you because you are the first person I told about my magic besides my close family" he applauded cheerfully-like to Kageyama who was flabbergasted by the explanation he heard.

"So, let's continue to the second phase!" Nathan's smile returned to normal as he looked at the shadow large bird that seemed to be waiting for an order to eat its prey.

"Eat it!"

He gave a brief command lightly as the shadow large bird immediately shot fiercely towards Kageyama's shadow snakes. However, the snakes gave an acrimonious resistance to the bird as if it did not want to allow its opponents to eat them as it wished.

On top of that, the number of snakes is more than one bird that Nathan made. It's just that, the power of the bird is far greater than the snakes. Gradually, one by one of the snake was being wrecked by a sharp and ferocious beak of the bird.

Although the resistance is still continued, the number of snakes was reduced, as a result, the bird became more ferocious to wreck the remaining havoc of the snakes. Until finally there was not any single snake left, only the bird still flapped its wings with the snake's head in its beak.

As Kageyama finished watching the fierce battle of his shadow snakes, his face turned white pale like a paper.

Whereas, it seems like Nathan doesn't want to finish there yet as the tip of his lips curled up mysteriously, "let's continue to the final phase!"
