A few moments later, after Sirzechs had gone through it all, now he lay exhausted on the ground, lying flat on his back. They were no longer in the Realm Mind but back in Lucifaad, precisely amidst the ruins of Zekram's residence.
Standing in front of the young devil was Petra, who had released his Syncronization form, gazing at Sirzechs with a complex expression.
"How could all this happen?" he murmured in confusion.
<Petra's Perspective>
I couldn't wrap my head around why all of this could happen. First, the Outer God, which should still be sealed by the Bible God sacrificing almost all of his power to contain the beast of apocalypse.
But not all of those Outer Gods were sealed; some of their powers still roamed, searching for the right Vessel. That's what confused me because this kind of storyline often happened, so it wouldn't be strange if in the future, there would be a suitable vessel for the Outer God to wreak havoc on the earth and its surroundings.
Second, Sirzechs going insane... In the original plot, Grayfia shouldn't have rejected this young devil's love, but why now!
I didn't know what made Sirzechs be consumed by his own emotions, turning his usually shining red hair and beautiful Emerald-colored eyes into fiery red with black hair and an evil dark aura.
'Maybe, the Red Lucifer won't exist anymore in the future,' I imagined Sirzechs's encounter with Issei later. Would it remain as usual or would something change?
Many confusing questions, but I had to set them aside now and focus on the present.
'He needs to be freed from the dark emotions that possess him.'
Using Voldemort's magic wand, I chanted a mind-clearing mantra and sealed the evil circuit that was his current Alter Ego personality. Sirzechs' body floated in the air with a magical circle above him, and as the magic spell entered his body, calming his soul and imprisoning the evil circuit that was his Alter Ego. Then, Sirzechs regained his red hair color and his expression improved.
The next moment, the young devil's body gently fell to the ground. Now, I could breathe a sigh of relief, having ended all these troubles.
"Sirzechs!!"
Suddenly, a woman resembling the main Heroine of the canon story appeared; it was Sirzechs's mother. Venelana Gremory screamed hysterically upon seeing her eldest son lying limp on the ground.
Without paying attention to me, the mother brought her son's head into her lap, gently stroking his forehead, her face clearly showing worry.
Not long after, the second person, Sirzechs's father, Zeoticus, arrived. As he landed on the ground, his body froze upon seeing me standing in front of him.
"You!" he exclaimed, his voice trembling, pointing at me with a pale expression.
Zeoticus's gaze trembled as he stared at me. His face radiated tension and panic, as if he were recalling past terror that haunted the devils. The image of Magus Vangeance, standing among many corpses from all three sides with vacant eyes, seemed to fill his mind again, reminding him of the horror of the past great war.
However, I decided to stop him before he continued with his nonsense. With a firm gesture, I instructed him to remain silent.
"Shhh---" I said, placing my index finger in front of my lips, while my sharp gaze made him feel afraid.
Zeoticus was influenced by my attitude and tried to maintain his composure. Nevertheless, he remained focused on his goal, which was Sirzechs, while I chose to take a backseat.
"Still, I can't believe this," muttered Sirzechs's father when he saw his son's new appearance.
"Honey!? Wake up, dear, what happened to you!" Venelana exclaimed, trembling as she tried to wake her son, asking for an explanation.
"Ahem..." Finally, I appeared there. However, neither of them paid attention to me, preoccupied with their worried feelings towards Sirzechs.
When Venelana turned and saw me, it took her a while to recognize me. "Huh?" It took her several nudges to finally realize my identity. "Y-you!?" Venelana instantly hugged her son's head tightly to protect him from me.
It seemed she realized that I caused her son to become like this. "Sigh," I sighed deeply, feeling profound exhaustion. "It's all over. I'll give a full explanation when everything has calmed down," I said, realizing that not only had they suffered losses, but also the Lucifaad community, which was affected by fear during the ongoing battle.
Venelana still didn't believe and remained wary of me, but Zeoticus managed to convince his wife to stay calm. Shortly after, the woman eased her worries and lowered her guard.
Once everyone had calmed down, we were transferred to a room that was still intact and suitable for habitation.
Zekram's face looked flat but full of emotional waves, realizing that his grand residence in the elite district had been destroyed because of his naughty grandson's actions.
"You can vent it out, Zekram," Petra taunted, adding a slight dig at the old devil.
Zekram looked at Petra with a calm gaze, but the underlying anger was clearly visible from his tense temples. Even so, he managed to control himself well, showing maturity in handling this difficult situation.
Meanwhile, Venelana, realizing the pent-up anger in her husband, averted her face with deep shame. Sirzechs's unexpected behavior made her feel embarrassed and confused, not knowing how to explain this situation to others.
Zeoticus was in the midst of tense atmosphere with a glaringly obvious confusion on his face. He could only respond with awkward laughter, trying to alleviate the tension in front of him.
After that brief moment passed, I took the initiative to explain to the three of them what really happened and the reasons behind the incident.
"I'll give an explanation," I said calmly, trying to stop the speculation and confusion plaguing them.
"Haah~… " Zekram sighed tiredly upon learning why Sirzechs could go crazy like that. "If you hadn't let me sleep, this problem could have been resolved quickly. What's this about, he went berserk because his love was rejected?" The old devil said incredulously.
Zeoticus responded with a small smile, trying to calm the tense situation. "We can't blame Petra entirely. Sirzechs already has a hidden tendency to vent his emotions in extreme ways. However, this time, it seems he was more influenced by his emotions than usual."
Venelana showed a sad expression. "I don't know how this could happen. Grayfia and Sirzechs should have loved each other. What could cause our son to change like this?"
I looked at Zekram seriously. "We can't blame anyone directly. The most important thing now is how we solve this problem and ensure Sirzechs gets the help he needs."
Zekram nodded, understanding the importance of finding a solution to this situation. "You're right. We must find a way to help Sirzechs and restore him to his former state."
