Felix Finds Out

Amara's phone buzzed just as she entered her parents' office. She glanced down and read the message from "Anonymous," her face twisting in disgust.

"Oh, look at this," she muttered, holding her phone up to the group. "Apparently, someone wants me to pay up to make this 'little scandal' disappear. Real subtle."

Helena scoffed, folding her arms. "Who does this person think they're dealing with? This is our company. We're not negotiating with cowards hiding behind anonymous messages."

Gerald, sitting behind his massive mahogany desk, shook his head. "We'll deal with them later. First, we need to figure out how to clear this mess up publicly."

Elara, seated next to Amara, looked equally annoyed. "We tried the interview, and it clearly backfired. No matter what we say, the rumors are sticking."

"Probably because they've got a whiff of truth," Marisol muttered, earning a glare from Elara.
