Ch 57: The bet [pt1]

The shopkeeper was extremely rude, and that annoyed Soma. 

But Soma had a lot of patience, so he decided to use and ignore the shopkeeper's rude remarks.

Instead, he focused on the shop in front of him and what he wanted to buy from that shop.

"I want to buy a luck potion. I would like to buy two."

Soma looked at the shop and was lucky enough to find two luck potions.

Both cost about 100k coins each, but he did not care. 

The 20 minutes of luck these potions provided was enough for Soma to achieve his goal.

"You want to throw away 100k coins? Fine, be my guest. Do you need anything else?"

The shopkeeper asked, and Soma shook his head.

The potion appeared in Soma's inventory, and he was now 200k coins less in his savings.

Soma opened his inventory to check on the potions, but he quickly noticed a slip of paper occupying an empty slot.

He did not remember putting it there, so Soma was surprised to see the slip.
