National Security Department Confirmation
Liu Yong isn't familiar with anyone from the security department, but he does know Gao Dake, who works at the Eastern District Bureau.
He assumes that Gao Dake may have connections with people in the security department.
Gao Dake answered the call promptly and greeted Liu Yong,
"Mr. Liu, it's not often that you call me first. I assume it's something serious."
