Chapter 5

Luan Chris Williams' POV

We went back to our class after Ms. Lane talked to us. The class is already over when we arrived at our classroom and it's already break time. We didn't catch up to our last subject for this morning.

I guess we've talked with Ms. Lane for so long. I wish that she will excuse us to our teacher because I don't want to be absent in my first day here.

So we just went straight to the school cafeteria to eat because it was break time.

They also have a large cafeteria and lots of tables. There is a cafeteria on all floors. Because our room was on the second floor, we ate here in the cafeteria on the second floor.

"Poor Ms. Lane, isn't she? Her parents sold her." Dainel said as we ate.

There is also a part of me that feels pity for Ms. Lane. Besides admiration I felt pity for her.

Why are her parents like that? Why did they sold her? They are heartless. They would rather have their child suffer than them.
