So, it's best to get him arrested. Lucan thought that his friend Morbis could probably handle this but he didn't find any evidence to arrest.

It seems her father is quite cautious and hasn't left any trace. It's troubling, Lucan needs to think of a way to make Maris public but also needs a way to deal with people who have bad intentions towards her.
