When Minato returned a week later. He discovered that his wife is pregnant again. This time with triplets. He was so shocked that he fainted. But he become happy that their family is growing.

During the months of Kushina's pregnancy. Naruto would often stay by his mother/wife side when Minato is at working at the office. He would buy the groceries, new materials and new stuffed for his upcoming child/siblings arrival. He is now in the hospital in front of the delivery room where his peer's mothers are waiting anxiously outside. Kushina's water broke when she was in a get together with her friends and luckily, they brough her to the hospital.

"Your 10 minutes late. She is now in labor. Here take this" Yoshino answered, she gave Naruto a hospital gown and a mask.

Naruto smiled back as he went inside the delivery room to help his mom.

Mebuki then turned to Yoshino .

"You do realize right, he is gonna than just luck, right?" she asked Mikoto.

"Yeah" Yoshino agreed.

In the delivery room, Kushina is now pushing hard for her babies to come out with Tsunade, Shizune, and Mikoto tending her. She recently delivered her first baby who is a boy and is now delivering the second one.

"WHERE IS HE? WHERE IS THAT YELLOW HAIRED BASTART THAT I CALL A HUSBAND" Kushina roared as she is pushing hard as she could.

"Don't worry Kushi-chan. He will be here any second" Mikoto comforted her.

After saying that, the door opened and Naruto appeared and went to his mother's side.

During the delivery, only Tsunade will have to speak. Because if all of them, Kushina will not focus properly on delivering the babies.

Kushina kept on screaming as she kept pushing as hard as she could. Her face is now turning red, like a tomato. "Come on Kushina, one more push" Tsunade says. Kushina did as what she said and pushing everything she got until, finally.

A cry was heard as the second baby was then brough to the world which is a girl. Shizune then grabs the baby gently and cleans the blood that surrounds her. Mikoto then went over to her place and helped Tsunade deliver the final one.

"Come on Kushina, push again. This is the last one. Come on, push harder" Tsunade cried to her surrogate daughter. Kushina then pushed like it was her last breath as she clenches Naruto hand harder than before and turned to him.

Naruto winced when he saw his mother in pain right now. Something tells him, he is not gonna have sex with her again for a year.

Kushina then pushed harder and screamed harder. She then grabbed her son's as she breaks all of his fingers from the intense pain she is enduring right now.

Kushina pushed more as finally. The final baby is now born, a girl. Mikoto held her gently and went to clean up all the blood she had in her.

After 5 minutes of tending the triplets. Tsunade then came to both Mother and Son.

"Congratulations to both of you. Naruto, you have three new siblings. One boy and two girls" she said to her godson.

Shizune and Mikoto transferred the babies and Kushina to a safe and stable room with their friends following them while Tsunade tended Naruto's broken fingers.

After another 20 minutes. Both Naruto and Tsunade went to the room where Kushina, her friends and shizune are looking at the newborn triplets. "Okay, ladies make way for the eldest sibling now. Since now you have your turn on watching the triplets. It's time for the older sibling to see them" Tsunade strictly told the mothers as they scotched over to make way for Naruto.

The eldest now looked at his new siblings/children. He then looked back at his mother who gave him a sight grin. He then nodded and turned back to the triplets.

He looked at the first child, who is a boy wrapped in a blue blanket. He has a similar blond hair to him and his father but smaller. He has two whisker marks similar to him. When he opened his eyes to see his brother, he has also blue eyes like him. The next child is a girl who has red hair like her mother. She is wrapped in a red blanket. When she opened her eyes to see her brother/father. Her eyes are purple like her mother. The last child who is also a girl is wrapped in a yellow blanket. Her hair is a combination of her family with red hair and streaks of blonde hair. When she opened her eyes. It is like her brothers and 'father' which are blue eyes.

Overall, they look like their older brother and father, Naruto Uzumaki with some resemblance to Kushina and slight resemblance to Minato in order to fool everyone.

"So, Naruto what are you going to call your younger siblings?" Inori asked her daughter's former classmate.

The other mother, Shizune, and Tsunade looked at the blonde Uzumaki with curiosity.

Naruto smiled at that.

"Well, I'm going to name the eldest Menma, the second Mito, and the last one Miina. Three M's" Naruto answered.

All of them look at Naruto approvingly. However, Tsunade is curious why Naruto named the second child after her grandmother.

"I approved of it Naruto, but why do you call the second one after my grandmother?" Tsunade questioned.

"Well, she is an Uzumaki like her namesake, she has the blood of the one of the most powerful clans, she is redheaded, and her name is start with an M" Naruto answered his godmother

All of them smiled. He sure does have a point in those answers. Tsunade then looks at him with an approved expression. Giving him the blessing to name after her grandmother.

"Okay, I agreed with you. Hope that you will protect them with your life. But if ever something happened to them. You know the consequences" Tsunade threatened as she cracks her knuckles along with the other mothers who are now looking at Naruto darkly.

Naruto flinched at that and nodded nervously.

"Y-yes, M-Ma'am" Naruto whimpered.

Before anyone could say any further, Minato appeared via teleportation.

"Where are the newly born triplets" Minato said anxiously

He saw his son and daughters as they slept very comfortably.

A few weeks later, Minato announced he is going again to another summit. Leaving his family alone again.
