Then There Were Four

The Royal Lord spat up blood with every rippling wave. The three Territory Lords knew at that moment to run. Proper respect be damned. They fled the moment they saw the blood. Remaining in the Array Formation to speed away as fast as possible.

"AHHHH! Uragh. You're no livestock, you're a monster…" The Royal Lord grunted through the pain of dealing with the pressure Lei Jin just released.

"Ahahaha! You think I'll just let them get away then. Hmm… you know it's actually not that bad… No! It's fantastic. Yes, abandon your comrades and sacrifice their lives to let you and you alone escape. My Human Race is thousands of times better than you. We stay behind and fight to the very end to save the lives of our comrades. The ones who leave declare they will never forget that sacrifice and will carry the torch into the future. We have done this to ensure my Human Race's survival all this time. And you make a mockery of it just like that. Why don't you take a look around and see what the condition of your comrades are. The way you act is why I have no respect for you." Lei Jin said, taunting the three who fled at high speed.

"Ignore the livestock's ramblings! That's all it is. We must go and get reinforcements." The Territory lord acting as the core of the array said through gritted teeth.

The other two had been able to sense the situation on the battlefield and gulped. It was clear as day. They gave each other a look as if thinking the same thing. That they would have been dead if not for the Royal Lord's interference. It was a realization that neither of them wanted to have made.

"You really are just going to let them go? You must be stupid, Livestock." A Royal Lord said, spitting up blood. His body was half destroyed and bleeding out from the bottom of his torso.

"Hmmm… So far you were the only one who didn't insult me too much. Merely your way. I will allow them to try. However, it depends on your own ability if they make it, or not. However, Since it doesn't look like you will be able to perform at such a level… I'll give you a slight mercy, consider it a reward of sorts if you like." Lei Jin said, raising an open palm towards the Royal Lord.

In the next moment a brilliant flash followed by a simply massive pillar of light stretched out from Lei Jin's palm. Lei Jin remained calm and unmoving. His hand steady as the ray of light began to envelope the injured Royal Lord.

"So this is where it ends. This is the mercy he gives to an enemy. Send me on my way then." The Royal Lord thought as the Light completely enveloped him and destroyed every remaining bit of his body and soul, painlessly.

After sensing the Aura of their comrade disappearing completely the other Royal Lords took action knowing they had to hold Lei Jin for as long as possible or win. The latter seemed impossible.

Though Lei Jin knew better. These were Royal Lords, and indeed had the ability to kill him if he became too arrogant or careless. "If not for having to be the pillar everyone looks up too… I would have approached this battle extremely differently. Good news is though that there are only four Royal Lords left. I just need to kill 3… No, I just need to kill 2 of them. Then I can finally tag out. I need some time to comprehend the things I've learned during this time." Lei Jin thought, as he withdrew his hand from the firing position. Then raised his head to give the other four a look of disdain. "Scared yet?" Lei Jin smirked, keeping the act up.

"You think we Royal Lords would be scared of such a Livestock!" One of them said, spitting to the side and rubbing their mouth clean.

"Yeah! We are still Royal Lords. We have ways to kill you Livestock like a butcher handles meat!" Another Royal Lord declared, with a bright confidence.

"Us Royal Lords can deal with you Livestock. All we have to do is Ink you and then the human race will crumble. We could even make you kill your own family. AHAHAHAHAHA! Face it you can't win." The third Royal Lord said with even greater confidence.

"Brothers! Form that array with me. I shall act as the core! Together we can kill him. He must be tired after fighting at such intensity for so long. This array will ensure our victory!" The Sin Royal Lord said, with a new vote of steady confidence.

A short pause later and the Royal Lords realized that the death of their comrade just now was a mercy. What would it be like if they didn't get mercy? This question was weighing on their minds quite heavily.

"I gave you too much time to get your plan together. I'll proceed with the beating." Lei Jin said, vanishing with a single step.

His aura had stepped incredibly far away in just a mere moment. He appeared before the three territory Lords who fled. Lei Jin held out his hands and sent a massive Qi wave laced with a certain amount of his Rainbow Aura.

To the Territory Lords, this felt like a warm breeze… at first. Until the Rainbow Aura cut them into ribbons. The emperor Qi was only meant for the purpose of masking the attack.

"Hmm, that worked a lot better than I thought it would. Perhaps… Hmmm, This is a move that my Human Race should be able to use freely so long as they each have a full power True Rainbow in their small universe. I'll write it down after dealing with the Royal Lords." Lei Jin thought. "They only had this one chance to survive. If they formed the array then the battle will be difficult. And if they didn't then it won't take much longer. I'll end it quickly." Lei Jin continued, before he jumped his step once again.
