Where Am I

Her eyes slowly opened, she sat up on the bed. Her eyes were quick to look around the unfamiliar dark slightly lit room, not seeing a single person in sight, She got down from the bed only to stumble upon a chair by the bed.

'Ouch.'She wrinkled her face as she let out a cry. Getting up from ground, she rubbed her aching knee before lifting her dress and awkwardly walking to the door.

Her hand reached for the doorknob, turning it to open the door and step outside, where the candles were brightly lit. She passed in the hallway and slowly descended down the stairs glad to not have found anyone so far. She reached the ground floor. Though she hasn't paid much attention, earlier as she had looked ahead it appeared as if the place had lights but right now what surrounded her was nothing but darkness. The place was bleak, cold and completely dark. It was quiet and somber in there and she felt a chill as the darkness engulfed her.

She took slow steps, her hands hugging her body, her ears perked up for any possible sound. It took a while before her eyes slowly adjusted to the darkness.

She took two steps when suddenly someone pulled her into a room to have her back roughly hit the wall. A small audible sound of protest left her lips. The room had much light such that she didn't have to strain her eyes in order to see what was around.

Slowly lifting her head, She gasped, eyes going wide when she came  face to face with two light red eyes staring down at her.

"Well well what's a pretty snack like you doing here playing hide and seek all by yourself hm..." her attacker tilted their head in question.

she tried to keep herself calm but all that was burried when she faced the man who appeared as if he was going to bounce on her at any moment. In panic, she raised one of her legs to kick her attacker but it was easily caught.

"A-aah." She cried when he twisted her hands behind her back. She sucked in a good amount of air. Her heart thudded in her chest, her whole body stiffened as the he now moved his hand from her knee gliding it up to rest on waist.

"Why do you look so aggrieved hm?, don't worry I'll let you scream all you want later ok. Now be a good girl." The man's voice hardened as he learned forward to ask.

"I don't belong here, I-I don't even know how I got here plea-please let me go." She pleaded her voice coming out more of a whisper. She could feel a burning sensation, the pain started to numb her along side with the pain that came from her arm been twisted in the direction it weren't supposed to. If she knew she was going to become someone's food the moment she stepped out of that room, she would rather have just stayed back and waited for whatever fate had in store for her.

"But the fun hasn't yet started doll," the man wasn't giving head to any of her pleas instead he gave her a smile, his fangs coming in view. Installing more fear in her.

"Am sorry, I didn't mean to-"

"Shh why are you apologizing there's nothing to be sorry about, here I am being good to you and yet you're not even the least appreciated."an annoyed look flashed across his features which he quickly masked up with a smile that didn't reach his eyes filling her with dread.

"Let's just get along well, okay.. I'll make you feel better soon." The man licked his lips, his face filled with excitement. He pressed his body more closely to hers, his face leaning forward. Tears welled in her eyes as she questioned in her mind why this was happening to her.  It's not like she had killed someone.

"Now let's put that pretty mouth of yours to good use" his breath hit her face, seeing him lean forward, She tried to move, pull away but the man's grip was just to tight.

"Nooo..." she turned her face away which only fueled the man's anger as he roughly grabbed her chin and licked the side of her face and the tears that have been threatening to fall settled on her cheeks.

"Look at me!!!" He hushly said,

"Let the girl go Gavin." A deep husky voice suddenly resonated behind them and the man quickly released her and quickly moved away from her like she was a disease carrying person and she could feel the air that had left her lungs slowly return if that was even possible.

"I was just asking the lady here if she needed help with anything as she appeared to have lost her way." Lana's head snapped to look at the man who was lying through his teeth as her chest moved up and down which she was trying to calm down, she noticed how that mischievous look  she had seen a awhile back was now replaced with a sorry and humble look. And she wondered if it was still the same monster.

"Looks like you have so much time on your hands seeing that you're now competing with the butler." Said the voice and a man who was probably around 27 came in her vision.

"Scram." And that's all it took before she began walking out of the room,

"Did I tell YOU to leave?" Her footsteps came to a stop, she looked around and noticed how it was just the two of them. She didn't even notice when the other man left. She turned around ready to say something when they man spoke again,

"Come with me." She didn't move for a good five seconds  before she finally stepped out of the room and followed him.
