Chapter 114 Sannin Vs Hokage

"His wood style is getting stronger actually; Nawaki is still in a growing phase so every moment his vitality is increasing and even his chakra reserves are growing"

Orochimaru also interjected in the conversation and told his findings to Jiraiya.

Nawaki was his student as well and so when he had awakened wood release three years ago orochimaru along with Tsunade had done a thorough check up on him, just to make sure his awakening of mokuton doesn't harm him.

During the checkup he found out how every second nawaki's vitality was boosting and even his chakra reserves were growing, that piqued his interest and so whenever he gets a chance he monitors the changes of nawaki every now and then.

"Sensei, let's spar"

Just as the Sannin were talking, Minato who seemed to have not sparred enough took Jiraiya's attention.

"Umm… I'm not feeling well for a battle today…Haha…

Jiraiya's face froze instantly at his words as letting out a dry laugh he tried to push the fight to another day.

"Hoho… so you are afraid to fight your own apprentice now Jiraiya… not that I don't understand why so, he clearly seems strong enough to give you a thrashing"

Orochimaru didn't let the opportunity go to a waste and mercilessly teased him, even Tsunade couldn't help but chuckle.

Jiraiya's face turned dark at this and responded hurriedly.

"Why don't you guys spar with him then? I would love to see how much you have improved in my absence."

"Yes Orochimaru-San, Lady Tsunade, I'd love to learn about my shortcomings through battling you"

Minato who wanted to test himself seem to like the idea as couldn't help but show his intent to fight them.

But before Tsunade and Orochimaru could even think about sparring, behind Minato wind rustled who immediately felt the change and without turning around kicked back.

Minato's kick was intercepted by the blunt side of a blade, massive pressure generated from the impact though the kick unable to move the blade back an inch, perfectly stopping his attack.

"Fast reaction as always Minato"

The words rang in the surroundings as with a surprised face Minato turned around and spotted a tall man holding the Kusanagi blade in his right hand, donning the long white robe and the hokage hat on his head.

"Kazuki!!"

"Swish!

With surprised faces everyone present appeared next to him, his sudden appearance truly catching them off guard.

"Well It's been a long time since I moved my muscles so I took some time off from work and came here for a spar"

Explained Kazuki the reason behind his sudden appearance as mostly sitting in the office he found himself getting rusty and decided to take some time off to move his muscles.

Knowing Minato and others mostly trained here he directly teleported here from the office and as expected found them here along with some unexpected people.

"Spar? Excellent! I was just looking for a sparring partner as well"

Minato's face lit up at his words as hurriedly he presented himself for a spar, intent to fight kazuki who he hadn't battled for years easy to spot on his face.

"I can always find some time to spar with you minato, though all sannin together is a rare opportunity"

Saying that, Kazuki curved his lips for a smile and gave Orochimaru, Jiraiya and Tsunade an interesting look.

While Minato was strong but he was definitely not strong enough to challenge all the sannin together so Kazuki who was seeking an opportunity to test something decided to fight them instead.

The face of the three changed at his words as truly not expecting a challenge from him suddenly.

"Fourth Hokage vs the Sannin, now this is one heck of a battle to witness."

Said Kushina with an excited look on her face, couldn't wait for this fight to happen.

Nawaki had the same look as her and Minato who was momentarily depressed after getting refused by Kazuki, showed interest to witness this battle as well.

The eyes of the trio with hope for this fight to occur immediately shifted at the sannin, who hadn't responded to the challenge yet and stood silent.

"Crack"

But the silence was broken by none other than Tsunade who took a step towards Kazuki and took off the green haori she was donning to reveal a grey-kimono style blouse with no sleeves, cracking her knuckles.

"If my punch breaks a bone or two… please don't deduct the treatment charges from my salary, lord hokage" Said Tsunade in a joking manner, looking at Kazuki with a bright smile on her fair face.

At her words Kazuki let out a little laugh and responded back in a joking manner as well.

"If you do manage to break a bone I'll reward you instead… let's say 100000 ryo per bone, so give it all you got" (Ryo= Naruto world currency)

YOSH!!!

"Time to break all 206!!!"

His words fell and Tsunade seems to be injected with endless energy as putting on a fighting stance and shouting with passion; a symbol of money in both of her eyes.

"I'd prefer an opportunity to go through the scroll of seals instead of money, Lord Hokage"

Orochimaru stepped forward to fight as well, the hunger to study all the forbidden jutsu recorded on the scroll of seals clearly in his eyes.

"Sure if you manage to win, Orochimaru-San" Agreed Kazuki with a breezy look on his face, not worried at all.

"Why didn't I fight Minato… sigh…

Said Jiraiya in a tone full of regret, letting out a tired sigh also as while trying evade a pebble, he ended getting up exposed to a boulder.

"Let's do this somewhere else; don't have to alert the whole village after all"

With a regretful face Jiraiya who knew he couldn't avoid a fight stepped forward as well, Kazuki suggesting to fight somewhere else.

Swish!

Soon everyone stood in a circle with kazuki at the center as they all placed a hand on his shoulders, who making a hand sign and everyone disappearing.

"Zap!"

"No advantage of terrain for me so no excuses"

Next moment everyone found themselves in a rocky plain terrain with hills at distance as Kazuki who was known for his water style explained why he chose this place for a battle, wanting to keep it as fair as possible.

Swish!

The wind rustled setting the dust as in the wide plain stood four figures, three on one side and one donning a white robe and a red hat on other, at some distance minato, kushina and nawaki keeping an eye on them intently.

BANG!!

Suddenly the woman with blonde hair moved and broke the calm on the battlefield, the ground under her cracking as like a bullet she shot towards Kazuki.
