[General POV]

Edessak found it rather difficult to converse with people who were actively trying to gain his favor, especially the ladies. The Lords were not much different though, most of whom also wanted to gain his favor in terms of their economic and political endeavors. Thus, he excused himself by telling he wasn't feeling very well, which was the standard way of telling someone's to fuck off politely.

As he moved towards the outskirts of the hall, his 'intuition' told him that someone was going to fall on him, thus making a sidestep and preventing the girl from falling face first, he also noticed a little puppy with the girl? As he looked at the girl, he recognized the loli as Audrey Hall=Miss Justice and even more importantly realized that the puppy was our very own Miss Susie, future sequence 5 - Dreamwalker!

[POV:Audrey Hall]

After a brief chase, I finally escaped! However, before I could even celebrate my great escape, I tripped for not noticing a fully grown man in my path. However, I was thankfully by the guy, fate is kind to me today, Praise the Lady! Before I could even thank him, my mind froze! Prince!? I was attempting to meet him, but now here I am tripping over and meeting him? Praise the Lady! He gently pulled me up and greeted me and asked about Susie. Huh? what should I say? Will he think I'm unladylike by bringing a dog into a ball, there are no such, or are they? Before I could even answer, Susie left me? She started playing with him, which surprised not only just me but other guests at the banquet too. He took little Susie into his arms are charmingly asked "Miss Hall, what's her name?" before I could answer, my mother, chimed in from behind "She's Susie, your Highness" she graced, she gave a kind smile but I felt a great threat from it!

The Prince then conversed with my mother and the women who followed her, he then conversed about topics of general interest which included hounds. Our conversation felt rather relaxed until I ended up blurting out,

"So your Highness, are you an extraordinary?", only after revealing all of my intentions in the first go did I realize what I had done. But he didn't express any annoyance at my rather rude question, but instead smiled politely and said, " Miss Hall, I hope you do understand that it is rather wrong to ask such things to a person you're not very familiar with, and then again even if you think anyone you've met is extraordinary you should the inform the matter to the Earl, he should be able to give you a proper advice" he then excused himself to talk to Representative of The New Party.

10th August 1348

The Black Forest, Loen Kingdom

As the sun rose I looked toward today's goal, defeating mad baboons to point of utter exhaustion, indeed this was the ritual to advance to Sequence 5 Discipline Paladin. Weird but valid ritual, Discipline Paladin are defenders of order thus they have to fight madness in its literal form, these baboons had the powers of sequence 8 Barbarians of the Black Emperor pathway, they were unfairly strong, and a normal person in their presence would start losing their minds and too many of them can even make a Beyonder lose control.

I had already digested the potion half a month but my seniors suggested that giving my spirituality a break was good idea. So here I am half a month later.

And to advance I would have defeat hoards of them till the point of exhaustion and then consume the potion, however like all Young Masters I had my guard, Captain Dorian Sequence 4 Imperative Mage who worked under my Aunt, who also controlled another auxiliary MI9 organization, and he was going to look over my advancement. I then motioned to him that I was ready and he gave me the green signal that I can proceed, so I did.

And after almost 20 minutes, here I was unable even move my body due to exhaustion, I believe dying would be a better alternative. Captain Dorian then forced to drink the pre-prepared potion which looked like molten gold.

After gulping it down I felt as if my own body and spirituality were blooming like a flower in spring, and golden tint traveled throughout my body, and I felt all this suffering was worth it, because I had kept my oath, I had defended order as I had I would.

As I stood up, I noticed that I was 190cm now and my physique had strengthened it self as I could probably punch through steel sheets, and run almost as fast as the fastest wild horses.

I had even gained a new power,

Punishment: If someone breaks the rules previously set, I can punish the offender.

This allows me to travel at rapid speeds, even toward a flying target, and launch a powerful attack.

Thus I took a deep breath and accepted Captain Dorian's congratulation on the fact that I now become Sequence 5 Discipline Paladin.
