Chapter 75

The door opened a few moments later. As I walked in, she walked away from the door and towards the bed. Sitting down, she fiddled with her hands as they rested on her lap. "I'm so stupid" she blurted. I eased onto the bed, right next to her. "I slept with a guy I just met. He's my mate, but I knew nothing except his name. We woke up and he started talking about going to a castle. My mate is a freaking Royal" she stated.

I nodded my head. "Not to mention he has a freaking kid! God, I should've known better. All high ranking wolves sleep around. He probably has more than just that girl" she was getting angry. Her eyes darkened. But then she got drained. In a split second, all the anger dissipated and was replaced with sadness.

Placing a hand on her shoulder, I gave her a small smile. "Riley isn't really his daughter. Her parents died, Dave stepped in. As far as I know, he doesn't sleep around either" I told her.
