In a beautiful forest, with lush trees and wildlife everywhere, there were two people walking though it. One was a boy about 6ft 1 with white hair that ended in black and yellow eyes and the other was a girl with blue hair, golden eyes and a gray dress with a golden dragon on it.

"Why do you have to be so picky?" groaned Velgrynd. They had been searching for over an hour now and she was starting to get bored her time could be spend doing better things... like sleeping.

"I'm not picky, just that thing was disgusting, it looked like a massive shit." said Levi in defeated tone due to Velgrynd's constant complaining. He had told her to go back multiple times but she never would and it's not like she just started complaining after finding the animal?, she has been doing it ever since she left the cave.

Now you might be wondering what they are doing? well they are looking for food well.... Levi still needs to eat he isn't Op yet. So he decided to go hunting for it and well Velgrynd decided to tag along under the excuse of 'The great Scorch Dragon can't let someone under her protection die.' But in reality she just didn't want anything to happen to him, though she won't admit it.

But that also leads to another problem. You see Velgrynd is the top predator of the forest so everything stays away from her which means a lack of food to hunt. The only thing they have found was a thing too stupid to know to get away. It was a weird brown caterpillar thing about the length of a person and all it did was just wiggle around. Lets just say he put it out of it's misery.

"It was weird looking but it was still edible." said Velgrynd with a righteousness tone.

"Would you eat it?" I ask her with a smirk.

"When are we done here? I want to go back and sleep." said Velgrynd whilst pouting and avoiding my question.

"When we find me something to eat." I said with a sigh. God it would be nice to be her, no need to eat, sleep or other bodily functions. I actually asked her about sleeping, what I was curious about was how she can fall asleep so easily if she doesn't really need it? take me for an example I need to actually be tired to sleep, I can't just go to sleep any time I want. It turns out as you get stronger you also gain more control over your body, so you can basically just choose to sleep when ever you want, pretty neat.

"I have good news there is an animal just up a head." Velgrynd said with a face that screamed 'Praise me'.

"Great all we need to do is kill it then we are done." I say poking out a bush looking at the bear that will become my meal.

"Good allow me to kill it and show you the might of the True Dragons."

"Yeah sure." It doesn't sound like a bad, saves me the trouble of getting of getting my hands dirty, anyway what's the worst that could happen?

"Burning Breath!!"

*BOOOMM!!!*

And now there is a new ravine, fucking brilliant.

Velgrynd turns around to look at the interesting human whilst thinking 'haha that will show him my might!! Hmm why is he looking at me like that? oh maybe he's in such aw of my power he doesn't even know how to react.' Meanwhile Levi is stand looking at her with a blank look but in his head 'Wipe that smug look off your face, my meal, that poor bear and my poor ears who will have deal with her constant complaining.'

"You do know I need the body of the bear to eat right?" this fucking moron, what did I expect? 'what's the worst that could happen' past me was a fucking idiot.

"Tehe" don't do that, don't knock your head *sigh* how can you stay mad at something that cute. God damn it.

"Lets just go find something else to eat." I said.

"Yeah this time I will allow you to kill it." said Velgrynd like it was some grand achievement.

"No shit" this idiot.

You know one thing that is good about my memories is the knowledge of cooking. I'm pretty sure my former dad was a chef or something and with the help of Wiseone I can perfect my knowledge and techniques. Man Rimuru was an idiot Great Sage was broken and he didn't even use it properly. *sigh* what a waste.

Anyway I'm currently cooking a deer we managed to hunt down after two hours, two fucking hours I'm already half deaf from hearing all of Velgrynds complaining like it was some how my fault we were still hunting for food. Calm down, calm down she is a True Dragon.

Anyway I'm currently cooking this deer over a fire with some herbs I remembered from my past life. It is quite lucky some stuff seems to be the same over here for example they have apples but they taste a hell of a lot better, probably from magicules.

What is funny is Velgrynd taking glances at the deer every ten seconds but she clearly won't ask due to her pride. Hmm even if she is annoying I should offer her some she is letting me stay here.

"Hey Velgrynd, do you want some food?" I say pointing to the dear that is nearly finished cooking.

"Me the Great Scorch Dragon eating food haha, but seeing as you offered so nicely I will accept." Says Velgrynd with a face that she was doing me a great favor. Let's tease her.

"Ow I doesn't matter then" I say with a downcast face.

"What!!" Shouts Velgrynd in clear shock. Hehe.

"Well I don't want you to feel have to eat it so it is fine."

"What no I'll have some." shes clearly panicking now, hehe.

"No no I don't want you to force yourself."

"No please can I have some" haha revenge for my ears.

"hmm if you ask so much of course I'll give you some." I say as I pass her a deer leg with a massive shit eating grin.

She takes the leg and looks at my face, shes confused for a few seconds till she realize what happened. She blushes and acts like the leg of deer is the most interesting thing to her at the moment.

Damn that was cute.
