Finn and Trunks run away from an unknown being.

“Oh, Gob!” yelled Finn. “This is bizonkers! Oh, Gob!”

“Finn! It’s okay! He won’t be able to touch us with the-…”

A mysterious Speedster with white lightning zooms about to try and kill the pair. He wears a strange white mask and a black cloak. Underneath is black futuristic armor. The Speedster has a Philosopher Stone in his chest.

“TRUNKS!!!” yelled Finn. “ACTIVATE THE THING!!! ACTIVATE THE THING!!!”

Trunks presses a button on his watch and they both teleport away.

“Spring… 2001…”

“You ruined me… Josuke…”

Josuke gasps, waking up on a bench in the park while reading a book. It’s Saturday, and it’s a rather sunny day.

Josuke Higashikata of Earth-Star sighs, combing his hair up. “Last year until graduation…” he sighed. “Gureto daze…Such weird-ass dreams…”

Josuke looks at a picture of his Grandfather, sighing. “Sorry, Ojii-San…”

*POP!!!*

*THUD!!!*

“WHAT THE HELL!?!?” asked Josuke, taking out Crazy Diamond.

“Whoa, whoa, whoa! It’s okay!” yelled Finn.

“Mertens…!?” asked Josuke. “I thought you went back to Ooo! And…why do you look so old?”

“Oh no! We’re in the wrong time period…!” yelled Trunks.

“No… This is good! He’s the target, anyway! And I have a plan…” yelled Finn. “Agh!” Finn grabs his right robot arm.

Josuke sees Trunks, and finds his face familiar. “Who-…?”

“We’re from the future…” said Trunks. “We need your help.”

“I think we should introduce ourselves,” said Finn. “Well… Just you. He already knows-…”

*ZOOM!!!*

The Speedster followed after them. He vibrates in front of them.

“Josuke…” whispered Finn. “Don’t… move…”

*ZOOM!!!*

Come Along With Me appears and kicks the Speedster away. “MUDA!!!”

*CRASH!!!*

“We gotta go,” said Trunks, activating Super Saiyan.

Josuke looks closely. “Aren’t you Vegeta’s kid?”

“Yeah… I’m from an alternate universe. We gotta go!”

*ZOOM!!!*

Trunks grabs Josuke and Finn and fly away into the sky.

Josuke screams out of fear. “GET ME DOWN!!! GET ME DOWN!!!”

The Speedster, seeing that he’s unable to catch them, sneers and begins vibrating his feet.

The vapor gathered in the palms of his feet turn into steps for him to climb on.

“FLY ME UP!!! FLY ME UP!!!”

*ZOOM!!!*

“Who the hell is he!?” asked Josuke.

“That is a Time Remnant of Savitar, the God of Speed,” said Trunks.

*ZOOM!!!*

“He’s nothing but a mindless copy of the original user,” said Trunks. “We have to stay in the sky!”

“What does he want!?” asked Josuke.

“He wants to kill you,” said Trunks.

“Why!?” asked Josuke.

“Because he was tasked by someone to erase you from existence!”

“Why!?”

“Because you’re destined to defeat him! Or… You already did…”

“Kira…” whispered Josuke. “He’s ALIVE!?!?”

“In the future he is,” said Finn.

“Can we change that!?” asked Josuke.

“No…” said Finn. “But we can stop him from reaching to the past… He’s trying to search for the time when you’re at your weakest.”

“When I was sick…” said Josuke. “Wh-… Why won’t he just go there!?”

“He already did…” said Trunks. “Josuke… You’re a sentient Time Remnant.”

Josuke’s eyes widen.

Trunks activates the portal and they teleport away.

They enter the cosmic flames of the spatial-temporal Boomtube, traveling into…

Josuke, Trunks, and Finn look around.

“We’re here,” said Trunks.

They have entered the T.V.A.

Trunks and Finn walked toward the counter.

“Follow us,” said Trunks.

Josuke is weirded out, and does so without hesitation.

Trunks, Finn, and Josuke stood in front of the Testicle Time Cop.

“Yo,” said the Time Cop.

“Hey, Jerry,” said Trunks. “We have a Time Remnant over here. Savitar, again.”

“That ol’ crone!? Hell, man! That asshole owes me 16 dollars!”

“Yeah… He owes us a lot… So! Where’s the boss?”

“Over here!” Morbius walked toward the trio.

“Uh. Hey. Just wanted to say that there must be some mistake-…”

“Josuke Higashikata of Earth-Star… I see that you’re the one in your senior year, are you not? About to pick a college… right…?” he sneered.

“Well… Yeah…”

He takes out his fangs. “You smell stressed. Why is that?”

“Probably because you’re breathing in my direction? Dude, you smell like rotten sashimi…”

“Well, aren’t you a funny one? Who are you…?”

“I am Michael Morbius. I heard of you. Protector of Morioh after the death of his grandfather. A powerful Stand-User who wields Crazy Diamond. Son of Joseph Joestar and Tomoko Higashikata. Born in 1983. In 1988, you went sick for 50 days for an unknown reason. It was because of the Vampire, DIO. His Cells sickened your connection to the Stand Force.”

“Stand Force?”

“An extradimensional energy that connects each Standoid in the Multiverse… It gave you your powers, Josuke…Triggered after the death of the Vampire…” He shows his fangs. “After all… I should know…”

“So… you’re a Vampire?”

“More or less.”

“What do these two mean by the fact that I’m a Time Remnant?”

“They mean that your existence is a paradox. A Speedster went back in time and killed you, thus, your existence is a remnant of the original timeline…”

“My reality is… fake…?”

“We dubbed it the Flashpoint Paradox. But this only works for Speedsters. The reason why you’re a Time Remnant is unheard of.Finn, here, recently defeated a Time Remnant of his who existed in a set of erased timelines… He is known as Dark Finn. Or, as he calls himself, Nnif The Namuh.”

“So… what’s the mission?”

“The mission is for the three of you to go back in time and save your past self!”

“Why am I here…?”

“Because you play an important part in your own salvation. Now… LEAVE!!!”

They are transported into Morioh…

“Okay… can you please explain to me who you are!?” asked Josuke.

“I am Trunks Briefs. I am the son of Prince Vegeta IV and Bulma Briefs. I was born from an alternate universe of Earth-DBZA-7, designated as Earth-DBXA-7. I went into Earth DBZA-7 to get stronger and kill enemy Cyborgs in my current time period. But then, a being known as Goku Black killed everyone I ever loved… and we had to fuse with my other alternate self to bring everyone back.”

“I have never been more confused…” said Josuke.

“I heard you just got back from defeating Stefan,” said Trunks. “What was that like?”

“Horrible and traumatizing,” said Josuke. “We recently brought Vegeta back with the Dragon Balls… But we have no idea how to bring back Reigen. Apparently, the Dragon Balls don’t work with people outside the versions of the twelve DBZA universes.I don’t know who made it that way.”

“Popo,” said Finn. “Yeah… I tried asking him to bring back Jake, but he decked me in the face…And I fell…Off a really tall tower…”

“How was he able to come back? He was at the Edge of Everything?” asked Trunks. “Wait, WHAT!? The Super Dragon Balls can bring back people with such damage!?”

“No… There’s a new set of Dragon Balls… Of which I forgot their names,” said Josuke. “But it couldn’t bring back anyone from our worlds.So...Who are we fighting, again?”

“Savitar,” said Finn. “God of Speed.”

“Oh, right! Kira ordered him to kill me… Why?”

“He just hates you. What’d you expect, dude? He just wants to have you killed so he could continue being a Serial Killer.”

“But why didn’t that work?” asked Trunks. “How is he a Time Remnant?”

“I don’t know! Time junk is banunununus! I learned that from Prismo!”

“You’ve been working with me for a year, Finn!”

“Yeah! And I understand none of this bunk stuff!”

“We have to figure this out…”

“Or… just do the job…! Eh? Eh!?”

“Where are we going, anyway?” asked Josuke.

“We’re going to find a place to camp. There!”

The trio stares at a strange abandoned motel in the distance.

“I’ve never seen that place before…” said Josuke.

“Let’s go, bois!” yelled Finn.

“Yeah… Bois…” said Trunks.

“I already said it… You don’t have to-… Whatever.”

Josuke looks around and realizes that they’re being followed. “Uh… Trunks? Finn?”

*ZOOM!!!*

Josuke looks around, activating Crazy Diamond.

Trunks takes out his sword.

Finn activates his Stand.

“MUDA!!!”

*SHING!!!*

Savitar blocks Finn’s punch and zooms away.

Savitar can be heard screeching and roaring in the distance.

*ZOOM!!!*

“HYA!!!” Trunks swings his sword and injures Savitar.

*ZOOM!!!*

Savitar attacks Josuke.

“DORA!!! DORARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARARA!!!”

Savitar dodges all of his punches with ease.

*SHING!!!*

Finn tackles Josuke so that Savitar wouldn’t grab Josuke.

Finn’s eyes glow and Finn creates non-sentient Time Remnants that all attack Savitar.

“MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA!!!”

Savitar grabs Josuke by the neck.

Josuke growls. “Look… I know Kira asked you to kill me… But whoever you are, you don’t have to-!”

“What!?” asked Savitar. “Who the hell is Kira?”

Josuke’s eyes widen.

“MUDA!!!” Finn breaks Savitar’s Philosopher Stone as he screams, bleeding through the chest.

He then zooms away, leaving a trail of white lightning and a fog of blood.

Josuke sighs in relief.

*cough!*

He grabs his chest and sees that he’s bleeding.

“Oh…” Josuke topples to the ground.

Later…

“Josuke…” whispered a voice. “You ruined my body… Josuke…”

Josuke wakes up.

*GASP!!!*

“Josuke!” yelled Trunks, grabbing his head.

“Where is he!?”

“He got away… here… This technology is from Bruce Wayne. I’ll attach it to your chest…”

Josuke’s heart then begins to beat heavily. He then regenerates slowly.

“You alright?” asked Finn. “I told you he was dying!”

“I was trying to give him CPR!!!”

“Wuuut…? You were making out with him…”

“I’m fine…” Josuke coughed. “I’ve been getting dreams… Or… nightmares…? God, I could go for some red bean curry.”

Trunks smiles and takes out a capsule and activates it, and suddenly, a red bean curry dispenser appears from the smoke.

He places a bowl underneath and a spoon then gives it to Josuke. “Here…”

“Thanks…” said Josuke. “Why won’t you use that tech on your stub?”

“Oh! Uh… I’m kinda… cursed…” said Finn.

“Oh… Uh… I’m sorry,” said Josuke.

Josuke looks at the red bean soup. He takes a bite out of it. “Huh!” He digs into its savory and sweet taste.

Trunks observes the motel.

“Hey… Savitar didn’t know who Kira was…”

“Yeah… Our theory was… wrong…” said Trunks.

“Wait… ‘theory!?’ You don’t know who’s trying to kill me!?”

“He’s the only person who tried to kill you. We don’t really know… anyone else…”

“Yeah…” said Finn. “Do you have any other enemies out there who want to kill you?”

“No,” said Josuke. “Except Angelo? But… He’s a rock back in the present.”

“Is it possible he won’t be a rock?”

“No… You see when I get angry… I end up changing and ‘ruining’ things rather than fixing things… Like I was supposed to do.And this year…I remember-…Ah… It doesn’t matter.”

“People say that memories are irrelevant,” said Finn. “But I think memories build the foundation of relationships.”

“This was the year I was saved by-…”

“Hey…” said Trunks. “Can anyone hear that?”

*click, click, click, click, click…*

“Ko tchi o mi ru…” Sheer Heart Attack slowly approaches the trio from the ground.

“Is that a toy car?” asked Trunks.

“THAT’S A STAND!!!” yelled Finn.

“Thank you Stand-Detect-…”

*click*

“Oh… Crap baskets…”

“MUDA!!!”

*BOOM!!!*

Finn looks around. “Guys! We have to get the hell out of here! I just got intel that this isn’t just any motel! It’s his kill space!”

“Who!?”asked Trunks. “Ted Bundy?”

“Who…?” asked Finn.

“Kira…” said Josuke. “Can’t we just kick the shit out of him?”

“No… We would severely change the timeline, Higashikata,” said Trunks. “Changing an event changes elements before and after it. Memories will be destroyed, babies will not be born, potential worlds could be evaporated by your actions. So, think carefully!”

Josuke thinks for a second. “Fine. Let’s get outta here…”

Josuke, Trunks, and Finn all hop out of the house. Trunks then carries the pair and flies away.

A younger Yoshikage Kira walks out of the house and looks in the sky. “Bizarre… Well… let’s get to it, honey…” said Kira, fondling the disembodied hand.

The trio land on the ground.

“Where do we sleep, now?” asked Finn.

“In my house…?” asked Josuke.

The trio ends up in Josuke’s own house.

“Looks like nobody’s home,” said Josuke, looking around.

Trunks and Finn enter the house.

“Whoa, there,” said Trunks, when Finn was about to enter the house with his shoes on.

“Oh. Right,” said Finn. He takes off his shoes and puts his shocks in each. Trunks then gives Finn a fresh pair of socks. “Thanks, partner.”

“What happened to Jake, anyway?” asked Josuke.

“Oh… He’s… not around… anymore…”

“Oh… I’m so sorry.”

“Yeah…” Finn sighs. “I… miss him… Are you going through anything similar?”

“My Dad… left recently. I’ve been having dreams about it… He kept telling me that I ruined his body for some reason…”

“Oh… I’m sorry, too,” said Finn.

“So… what happened to his family in his timeline?”

“Bulma is currently dead… He’s trying to raise a new tribe of humans all alone… He has a kid…” said Finn.

“Oh… Great… Vegeta has a grandkid.”

“Listen…” said Finn. “Josuke… About your father…”

Trunks turns to Finn and squints his eyes.

“Never mind…” Finn bowed his head.

“Uh…” said Trunks.

Glass shatters to the ground.

“HEY!!! YOU’RE ALL UNDER ARREST!!!” yelled an old man.

Josuke hears the voice and runs next to Trunks.

“Jii-San…” said Josuke, with widened eyes.

“Who the hell are you-!?” he stops. “Josuke…?”

Josuke hugs his Grandfather, crying softly.

Later…

The trio has green tea with the grandfather, Ryohei Higashikata.

“I see… So, that’s what happened,” said his Grandfather, at the table. “And I thought that this town wouldn’t get even more bizarre. Stand-Users, huh? That’s why you have the illness?”

“Yeah… but it’s okay… Because around this time, I’ll be cured by my nephew…” said Josuke.

“Nephew…?”

“Kujo Jotaro. He’s the Grandson of… my Dad…”

“That OLD GEEZER!?” asked his Grandfather.

“You knew him!?”

“I KNEW HE WAS NO GOOD!!!”

“Yeah…” said Josuke, bowing his head.

“Well…” said Trunks. “I’ve met him when he was younger. He was a good man.”

“You’re just saying that…” said Josuke.

“Well… Just know that he does care about you.”

Ryohei smiles and grabs his Grandson’s hand. “Well… I’m glad I realized you right away. I would’ve shot you!“

“Actually…” said Josuke.

Suddenly, his gun floats and it goes off, but Crazy Diamond catches the bullet.

Crazy Diamond had actually grabbed it and pulled the trigger.

“Bizarre…” said Ryohei. “So, that’s a Stand?”

“Yeah,” said Josuke. “I can also do this…” Josuke punches the broken bowl with his Stand and the bowl reforms.

“Fascinating…” said Ryohei.

“Listen… Jii-San… The way you die-…”

“I don’t wanna hear it, kid… I know I’ll die… I don’t care if it’s in the line of duty, an accident, an assassination, or plain ol’ age! Don’t ever let what happened to me hold you back!”

Josuke smiles and nods. “Uhn!”

Suddenly, he gets a call from his transmitter. “Yeah? Tomoko’s in danger!? I have to-!”

“We’ll take care of it…” said Josuke. “That must be Savitar. Thanks for the Tea, Ojii-San…”

Trunks blasts off, carrying the two Stand-Users.

“Okay… That’s our cue…” said Trunks. “Where do you think he is, Josuke?”

“This is why you brought me here…” said Josuke.

“Yeah! Where are you!?” asked Trunks.

Josuke remembers. “Run down over that street over there!”

They then spot a car in the winter.

“Gureto daze… Follow that car!”

*ZOOM!!!*

Savitar trails ahead, but Trunks blasts him away. The car leaves off.

Trunks floats down and they all drop to the ground.

Trunks activates Super Saiyan.

Finn and Josuke activate their Stands.

*THUD!!!*

“Who told you to kill me!?” asked Josuke, taking out Crazy Diamond. “Kira!? Angelo!?”

“No, you fool. I was told by my future self to kill you…” said Savitar.

“What!?” asked Josuke. “Why!?”

“I do not know…” Savitar takes out his blade and zooms toward Josuke,

Instinctively…

“DORA!!!”

…Josuke punched his face.

“RAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!!!” yelled the man. “FUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!”

He takes off his mask, which moved strangely and nearly scarred his face.

He is revealed to be…

Barry Allen. The Flash from Secret Crisis.

Josuke is shocked. “Allen!? Why the hell are you-!?”

“I was told that Josuke did something to me that was so terrible, so I went back in time to kill him… Now, stay out of my way,” said Barry.

“You must be the dumbest man alive,” said Trunks. “You do realize that by going back, you caused whatever the hell happened to you!”

“What…?”

“Yeah… You must’ve caused some sort of chain reaction by telling your past self, too,” said Finn.

“Good thinking, partner!” smiled Trunks.

“Good thinking, Undie!” smiled Finn.

“Haha! Don’t call me that,” said Trunks.

Savitar stares at them nonchalantly.

“Yeah, right…”

*ZOOM!!!*

“MUDA!!!” Finn creates a portal and brings Savitar into the Stone Age.

Savitar runs away, but Finn teleports around time and space, following after him through the asteroid, where fires are seen engulfing the land, the great drought, where no plants are seen at all, and the great flood, where Savitar runs on water and Finn drops into the ocean and he screams in fear, the Stand Event, where the mentor containing Standoids drop to the ocean, the Invasion of Pillar-Men, where Joseph can be seen landing in the waters, World War I, where Stroheim’s origins can be seen as he loses his body parts in an explosion, the Inquisition, where Grimms are shown to be decapitating Wesen, and the Stardust Crusade, where Jotaro and DIO nearly destroy Cairo.

Finally, Finn manages to catch the Speedster and bring both of themselves back to Morioh, 1983, where Savitar is then punched by Trunks, who is currently in Super Saiyan Rage form as he punches Savitar in the face.

He then goes on to punch Savitar over and over again, but Savitar dodges most of his punches. But the punches that do hit severely injure Savitar.

“You can never catch me… For I am the Once and Future Flash… I am the Fastest Man-…”

“DORA!!!”

*CRACK!!!*

Savitar is injured by Josuke’s punch. He then angrily begins beating Josuke over and over again, causing him to have bruises and blood all over.

“How… dare you…”

*CRACK!!! CRACK, CRACK!!!*

“I’ll kill you… for that…”

Josuke headbutts Savitar with his hair.

And while he couldn’t see…

*SHING!!!*

*SPLAT!!!*

Savitar is stabbed from behind. “Your fatass hair… was on the way…”

“Gureto daze… What… did you just… SAY!?”

“DORARARARARARARARARARARARARA!!!”

Savitar’s body severely deforms because of Josuke’s attacks.

Savitar growls in pain and shivers on the ground. “AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!!! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUGH!!!” he screamed in horrific pain as his face morphed to the current Savitar we know today: Scarred and melted.

Savitar begins zooming around and begins attacking Trunks.

Josuke is then punched by Savitar very far away.

*THUD!!!*

He slowly wakes up, having been buried in the snow…

Josuke looks in the distance and sees that a car had been jammed… and it looked very familiar.

In the car, it is shown that a younger Josuke is greatly sickened. The blizzard had stopped the car from moving.

“Useless! What should I do!?” sobbed Tomoko.

The young Josuke shivers in pain and Tomoko grabs his hand.

“I shouldn’t have brought him into this snow…” She looks outside. “Wh-What do you want!? Go away!”

“The kid is sick… right? I’ll push the car for you.”

“Huh?”

He takes off his jacket and places it in front of the hind wheels of the car.

He taps the window twice. “Hurry up and step on the gas… Once you get moving, don’t stop… Just keep going… Or your tires will get stuck in the snow again…”

She nods and does so.

Josuke activates Crazy Diamond and pushes the car.

“Arigatou!” she yelled, driving off.

The younger Josuke only sees Josuke’s pompadour hair…

Josuke knelt down on the ground, shivering. “Huh… I need… therapy…”

*ZOOM!!!*

“You… ruined my face…” said Savitar. “All of you… ruined me…” He takes out his blade.

“DORA!!!” Josuke poses eagerly. “Psh… Gureto daze… Looks like I’ll have to kick the shit out of you after all…”

“You can try…” said Savitar.

“DORARARARARARARARARA!!!”

Savitar dodges all of his punches and beats Josuke’s face in a split second, as he is knocked to the ground. “Trunks Briefs and Finn Mertens are currently knocked out… Looks like you have to die after all…”

*THUD!!!*

Savitar drops to the ground, knocked out.

“He should wear thicker armor…” snickered his Grandfather.

Ryohei grabs Josuke’s hand and pulls him up. “Great job, Josuke…”

Josuke hugs Ryohei. “Thanks, Jii-San…”

Now…

Finn then cuffs Savitar and knocks him out. “Great job…” Dinn grabs his shoulder. “You’ll be back in your time later!But… Please… Don’t tell anyone, okay? It might… change the timeline.”

“Alright…” said Josuke.

“So…” said Trunks. “He wasn’t a Time Remnant! Your existence isn't a paradox! You are a paradox! Savitar created his own accident and You saved your own life!”

“And inspired my own hair…” said Josuke.

“Holy Briboly…” said Finn. “Pompadours are so cool!”

Josuke smiles. “Yeah… Yeah, it is…”

Josuke wakes back up on the bench. “Huh… What a weird dream.” Suddenly, Josuke sees a note in his hand.

Next to the note is a special transmitter. He smiles softly. “Gureto daze… This is gonna be fun…”

“Fun adventure, don’t you think? Well, well, well! Isn’t that a fun thing to endure? I mean… enjoy? Hahaha! Ah, well! It sure is an adventure! But the next one… is rather weird… Toodles, as the Earthlings say!”
