1.17.3 Meeting again.

Luvi went to the park as he intended, the practice of senses requires stimuli which can't be experienced in his room alone. Which was why he was forced out, even though there was no Andy to act as a backup.

But with the sun so hot during summer, which was completely contrasting to Russia, where FIX just lost her cheaply made android, Luvi was sure that he would barely meet anyone in the park.

The most he might find should be some kids who don't care about the sun, as for those older? There was a low chance for them to be active in the park.

And as he expected, the park truly was empty beside some kids that were playing around and sweating without a care in the world.

But Luvi knew that these same kids might be the soldiers that would fight for survival twenty years later. So as to not disturb these future warriors, Luvi found some shade under a tree and sat down to meditate.

The public park was big and void of any disturbances. Considering how close it was to his academy, the security of the place was high and one would rarely meet any loiters or those that might disturb him.

Which was why, although feeling a bit naked without a friend to watch his back. He still chose to give in to his practice and purge all the thoughts of his surroundings.

And that was the hard part.

The noises were distracting, the hot air was painful on his skin and he could feel some ants moving about his legs while he was sitting next to the tree, probably because they had made the tree their home.

Which was why, while he was only halfway through activating the Auxiliary technique, his concentration broke and he woke up.

"It's hard."

He said, before resuming his practice once again. And his little actions didn't go unnoticed by the children in the park. But they stayed away after looking at the scrunched up face and scar of Luvi.

But that was only the case for the children.

There was someone other than the kids here.

"That guy is here again?" Miriam said, looking at Luvi sitting under the tree like a buddhist.

But she knew Luvi a bit too well for her to think he was praying. And not by her own will.

Because, after a certain time in the academy. Luvi just got too famous due to his constant accidents and the annoyance he caused to upperclassmen and even some teachers.

He was like a plague that no one wanted to talk to and a disgusting one at that considering what he has done in class before.

But like she was aware of all of this, she was also aware that the man in front of her was not so simple as he appeared on the surface as well.

And after being curious of what this bizarre young man might be doing in the park during the time.

A time she has chosen to relieve herself of all the boredom and take in fresh air away from the crowd.

She chose to use her ability on Luvi to check what kind of emotions he was feeling and hence learn what he was doing here.

Because meeting him again here was too much of a coincidence. And considering she was part of Heavenly Stains, she had to be suspicious of any such coincidence in fear of her identity being found out by others.

So after moving closer, she activated it.

And yes, it was her willingly activating her ability. Through the basic practice method, she had been able to realize her dream and achieve a level of control over her ability. And even though she was not a White star Hunter like Andy, yet. She was not so far off considering her level of control.

Not to mention, she even masters a few spells that when used with her ability might be able to tell her more than just emotions.

Because these abilities didn't exist in a vacuum. The spells and practice methods would mutate, enhance and augment depending on their need.

It was why, even though these methods might close the distance between the awakened, their innate abilities would also dictate how they might develop later.

'Identify.'

She used a zero tier spell on Luvi, who was still lost in his practice. A spell that got boosted by her ability and was able to read not just the surface level information on Luvi's body. But the information in his mind as well.

And the first response she received from this spell was.

–'Who is there?' Luvi opened his eyes and looked at the place where he sensed the peeping and was surprised to find a familiar face.

Miriam was on a walk and didn't hide when she used the spell on Luvi. Which put her right in the eyes of Luvi when he turned to look at her with curiosity written all over his face.

But this curiosity surprised Miriam.

"Oh, it's my neighbor from the class…"

Luvi was unaware of the spell that was used on him. To him, he only thought that his instincts became active because of her scathing stare. So as to hide his own oddity, he didn't even mention why he was here and why he was meditating in the park.

He just got up and approached Miriam with a bright smile.

And Miriam, after her initial shock of being caught so quickly was over. Also acted ignorant about what had happened and said with a mild tone. "Student Kuluvi. I didn't think I would see you here."

She tried her best to control her emotions when she said it. But she can feel it when Luvi gets so close.

Luvi's emotions were not like the previous calm. But he was worried about something when he approached her.

A fear of being caught.

Which made Miriam understand that Luvi had something to hide here. But she didn't mention it. She didn't like to talk about her ability and the things she can learn from it to anyone.

"Oh, you might be a confused neighbor. But the reason I didn't come to class…"

"I am aware, there is no need for explanation. I will be going." And Miriam was not going to wait to listen to any excuses and distractions that were thrown her way.

Its what she hated the most and after apologizing she sped forward to leave the scene much to Luvi's surprise.

But then her steps halted a bit and then she turned to Luvi. "And my name is Miriam Adalet, not some girl or neighbor." Then she turned around again and moved.

Not knowing why she said those last words to Luvi, but for some reason, she found him always calling her out so casually a bit infuriating. And as he never knew her name, he always called her whatever he wanted.

"Hmm… That chick really seems mental." Ignoring the bizarre chick that disturbed his practice. Luvi found a new place which was way more hidden than before and started his practice once again.

And while Luvi was practicing, he was unaware of the multiple requests sent to him from StarHusky's account for a meeting.

Luvi was the one that always created all the group chats and deleted them after the meeting was over.

Otherwise, he would generally only talk in DMs. As for when other members talk with each other. Luvi has ordered them to never add other members to their friends list and instead they talk using a temporary chat room that Luvi generates for them manually.

All of these were precautions made for the security of his members and they were coming handy at this very moment.

Because the only person that Nikoli can talk to at the moment was DreamMachine. But it would seem that DreamMachine was not online.

While there was another temporary chat in StarHusky's account which hasn't been touched. Because it was the chat with FIX and considering what happened before, it would be foolish for Nikoli to think he would be able to have a normal talk with this man again.

On the other hand, the 'man' Nikoli was thinking of was overlooking the area where her android lost signal and then connected it back up soon after.

As for why she was able to reconnect with the android?

It was simple. Lev had only shot the head, unaware that it was just a simple cosmetic body part added to make it look more human. Most of the real important parts responsible for running the android were safely hidden under the armored covering of the chest.

Along with the bomb right next to it.

It was when those curious about her android disappeared from the room, with a broken head, FIX got up.

"Glad this place has no jammers."

And she stepped up, making her way to the storage gate and finding there were not many people in her vicinity.

Which matches the information she received through thermal imaging.

Though, the moment she approached the locked gate. It opened on its own.

And the person on the other side was someone that FIX recently got familiar with.

"Lev."
