Being the daughter of a rich family and also in a bright new city is a dream, but not if your parental figure, well, the only one in your life is hiding a very dark secret behind your very back your entire life. But that's where this sort of corruption starts on this very story.
As the daughter of the all famous mayor of Starlight City, Reina Silver Nakashima, gets entangled when her father, Mayor Lee Nakashima goes off on a business trip to a different state. Silver was just a normal nice and smart girl living in her footsteps of her mother being a common model and being home schooled by her many helpers, but one night changed everything.
As she notices one of her maids going down an elevator room down belong of a hidden number "20", she followed them where she got to see experiments like no other, dead humans and one that was breathing and living, Kumori Sana Akamatsu. Many things swept into her minds, why was her father hiding this from her, and doing things to innocent people!?

As Silver and Sana managed to seek shelter of somewhere, they formed an unlikely bond and friendship. A now runaway model daughter of a mayor and passed away mother, now friends with an experimental glitch girl that wants to stop this project and find her younger and older siblings.
But there journey won't be as good as they are expecting when there faced with unlikely people that want to get in there way, whether they be hired or want to get there hands bloody on the daughter who's the father of the reasons like this now. Silver and Sana must find a way to put an end to this project as they struggle to go through the entire city to find it before it affects the entire city they know and love.
Only time will tell of the allies they will meet and the consequences that will follow them around and corrupt there souls on there mission.
