Chapter 32: Realization

Kendra’s P.O.V:

Victor stared at me for a good few seconds, looking unsure at first, but then I saw a storm cloud his beautiful green eyes and he was hauling me to him with his hands possessively around my neck and his lips were claiming mine with a fierceness that I’d never felt before.

My lips felt tender and swollen by the time he left us up for air, but I pulled him back in for another kiss before he could pull back. This one was just as fierce, just as passionate and I knew that Victor was no longer holding back. He was letting me feel all his anger, all his pain and all his want. And it made my chest ache to have this in my life forever.

But that thought was gone just as soon as it had formed as Victor used his hands to cup my breast over the silk of my night shirt. I sucked in a breath and it gave him the opportunity to thrust his tongue inside my mouth and taste every nook and cranny.
