Shakti doesn't allow Killua to go. Ruphas's encounter with the Loki familia.

Killua was out, he wanted to know what the city where the gods lived was like, "This place looks so boring, how do the people keep themselves entertained here?" He questioned under his breath with a pensive expression, 

"Hmm, the dungeon and monster," a grin appeared on his face while he walked towards the dungeon's direction, 

"Wow! There is a lot of adventurers here!" he exclaimed while hints of excitement appeared in his voice, "Well let's give it a try," 

"Hey kid with the white hair," A feminine voice came from behind and a hand plopped on Killua's shoulder, Killua's body tensed up while his hand's form formed into claws and his nails extended. 

"Calm down kid," The hand on Killua's shoulder was pulled back, Killua turned and glared at the person, the person had beautiful azure hair and eyes and was wearing orange earnings, "Kids aren't allowed in the dungeon," She stated, 

"And why should I listen to you?" Killua didn't like this woman one bit, it was mostly because he couldn't sense when she had gotten behind him.

"That's the rule, even if you can fight it doesn't matter and if you insist then I will have to use force," She said, Killua frowned and walked away from the dungeon. 

"Damn, what with her?" he muttered in annoyance, "Huff... I will see how you will stop me," This was heard by that woman whose lip twitched, 

"brat dont do anything stupid," She shouted to which Killua showed his tung and sprinted off, 

"I will just go from the other side," he said while smirking, 

The woman gestured to someone with an elephant mask and told him to take position where she was and chased Killua. 

After a while, Killua reached the other side, while the woman was right behind him, 

"That was easier than expected, oh well," he commented and sprinted towards the dungeon but his shoulder was grabbed and this time the grip was tight and a little painful.

"Brat, listen if you try again I will detain you or this will be reported to your familia," She said while pulling Killua who tried to bend her arm and escape but failed, "Dont brother, I am a level 5," 

Killua stopped and looked at her, "report to my familia? Go ahead I have permission to do what I want even enter the dungeon!" he said while gripping the hand on his shoulder. 

"ha? Which familia permits kids to enter the dungeon without someone in charge?" she questioned and the grip tightened, "Which familia do you belong to i will talk to them myself" she asserted. 

"The buddha Familia, also gets your hands off of me you hag!"  Killua shouted, the women froze for a bit and let go, 

"The buddha familia?" She frowned, her grip lost enough for Kilua to get out, "Brat what did you just call me!?" She questioned while her face became red. 

"Hag!" Killua wasn't backing down and shouted while running through the crowd that had gathered to watch he started to blend in and disappeared, 

"You think you can run?" The women muttered while dashing toward the direction Killua went and dragged him out in an instant, "You think you can fool the senses of a level 5? And we are headed to your familia now!" she stated while dragging him. 

 "You know you should have let him go," a gentle, and melodically captivating voice came it carries an underlying strength and confidence while also being graceful and elegant. Both Killua and the women turned back. 

"It's you!" Killua exclaimed, he had no clue about her name but was aware that she was also a part of the same familia. 

In front was a girl no more than 140 cm with long wavy golden blonde hair, crimson red eyes, and a porcelain complexion. She was wearing a frilly white dress shirt a black mini skirt with frills and a white coat over, as well as a short pair of boots and knee-high socks. this was Yue, Regal gave her the same clothes as in the anime but with enchantments, it could also double as a mage armor. 

"Another bra-" The woman was cut off, she was about to call Yue a brat but Yue glared at her with pulsing red eyes as if daring her to say it. A cold sweat went down the woman's back while she became serious and let go of Killua, "Who are you? I have never seen you or heard of you," 

"It impolite for someone to ask for other names without giving their own first" Yue stated, and the women's eye twiched. 

"Shakti Varma, The captain of the Ganashi Familia." The woman turned out to be Shakti, "Also I will need to talk to your god about letting kids enter the dungeon," she stated, Shakti didn't dare to call Yue a kid, she could feel Yue was strong and could also tell that Yue wasn't a kid or even a Pallum.

"Aletia Galdea Vesperitio Avatarl, from the Buddha Familia," She was given a new name which was Yue but wasn't used to it, Yue is a princess who was betrayed by her uncle and vassals and sealed away, she had been sealed for 10 years and finally got out when Regal summoned her. 

"Now then you have no business and don't bother us," Yue started and walked away and gestured to Killua to follow, which he promptly did, he had no way of escaping if Shakti caught him so this was the best option. 

"I can't just let you leave like that!" Shakti voiced out, but Yue ignored her while Killua turned back and mouthed 'Hag' which made a vain appearance on her forehead. 

"Let it Shakti, they won't follow the rules and there is nothing we can do about it," Shakti turned around and met the eyes of the person who spoke, 

"lord Hermes!" Shakti exclaimed, "Weren't you out of the city? How are you here?" She questioned, Hermes had gone out to check something out but here he was, Asfi was behind him she was facepaming while shaking her head in frustration. 

"We were supposed to go but something happened and I had to stay behind," Hermes said while tilting his hat and throwing a glance toward where Yue and Killua went, "Also, if possible dont bother the Buddha familia, or try to get in touch with them," He stated in a low voice so only Shakti could hear and with a bright smile but he had a warning look in his eyes. 

"But-," 

"Well, I will be off!" Hermes exclaimed and went in the direction Yue and Killua went, without letting Shakti speak. he disappeared in the crowds.

Asfi gave a helpless look to Shakti and followed Hermes. 

Meanwhile, Yue and Killua reached the Hostess of Fertility and took their seats, "For a kid you are pretty brave to call her a 'Hag', you are lucky you weren't beaten up there," Yue commented while ordering and shouting a death glance toward Syr who was staring at them. 

Syr was on the other side of the pub, carrying a tray of food and drinks when she received that death glance from Yue she almost dropped everything. 

"Hey! I dont know the rules, also what the big deal with letting me into the dungeon and why does she even care?" Killua responded with annoyance and stubbornness, "It's not as if I am a normal kid..." 

"Keep your excitement down, also how would she know if you are a normal kid or not and you are still a brat," She remarked, Killua's lip twitched he couldn't retort here and Yue's voice was gentle and confident made it even worst for him after all anything Yue said sounded like facts.

---Dungeon--- 

Ruphas had rested up and headed to the dungeon at night for convenience and not to be bothered. She zoomed past the floor and headed to the middle floors without even glancing at the monster. 

18th floor, Ruphas had her wings out and was in the ceiling looking at the crystal which was emitting a dim glow as it was night. "This place is incredible, never could have guessed that such a hated thing would also be one of the most beautiful," she commented while flying down to the entrance of the 19th-floor Tree Labyrinth. 

"This place feels awful I will skip it and head to the Water City" She muttered and teleported to the farthest she could see and continued like that to the 25th floor, she didn't fly because of the trees and bug monster. 

"Hmm, Water City lives up to its name," She commented while slashing a Blue Crab and silencing a bunch of Light Quartz with a wave of fire. "But this floor is going to be annoying, at least better than the Tree Labyrinth..." Ruphas being a Heaven-Winged has very high senses and isn't used to hearing a lot of things, in the water city she mostly hears the running water but in the Tree Labyrinth, the bugs and monsters are clear to hear. 

Currently, she was looking down the waterfall that led down to the 27th floor where there was a group of advantures being hunted by monsters, "Why do I feel nothing when I see them die...?" She questioned, the group of advantures was dying some even lost their limbs and were sure to be dead in moments.

She could help them and even heal their lost limbs but, "Their life seems worth less but why?" she retreated into her thoughts, while a frown formed and a heavy pressure fell around her forcing the monsters back. 

[It is simple, you are the legacy holder of an Absolute Ruler who was able to unite the world under her, it would be strange if you felt anything.] The system's voice rang out on Ruphas which startled her. 

"I see," She responded after a while, looking down to the place where the advantures were, there was only one alive with one hand gone and almost dead but, someone dashed in and killed all the monsters while another person came and started to heal the adventure. 

"Hmm? Who are they now?" Ruphas questioned her attention went to the person who was healing the adventure, a green-haired elf with very long ears, "An elf?" her attention snapped toward the person that killed all the monsters, 

"Spirit!?" She questioned, "No half, this will be interesting," suddenly the two's eyes met, and Ruphas spread her wings and flew down. Ais who had made eye contact became alter and when she saw black wings she drew her sword. 

The Loki familia were returning as the destruction on the 49th floor was too much and they could not even reach the 50th so they had to return not to mention some of their members were not in good condition. 

Ruphas landed and looked at them with interest, "A half spirit how rare," she commented while looking at Ais who flinched. 

"How is it that just anyone can tell that?" Bete scowled while glaring at Ruphas, "Are you also a part of that Buddha Familia?" He questioned while glaring. 

"How do you know that?" Ruphas questioned with a raised eyebrow, but then her aura burst out "Also, dog if you dont stop glaring I will gouge those eyes out," she stated with no room for argument, Bete flinched and jumped back with fright. 

"Let's calm down, there is no need to be violent," Finn stepped up with his trademark smile, but there was a cold sweat on his back, he didn't want any conflict with the Buddha familia and not with someone who could release such an aura. In Finn's mind, Ruphas was equal to Scathach and Regal just by the aura. He couldn't tell how strong Ruphas is or even dare to prob. 

"Oh? A kid is more brave than a dog now?" Ruphas mocked, Bete really got on her nerves, Finn laughed dryly, he had no information on the Buddha familia and he could not even retort here. If he said he was 40+ years old and she turned out to be older then it would just be a kid talking to an adult but if she turned out to be younger then his hard work to reach level 6 meant less, he could tell with the ache in his thumb that if Ruphas wanted she could kill them.

Ruphas is a level 1 but is comparable to a level 5 and with her skills and versatility she could even go head to head with the King, and she isn't even at her prime yet. 

 "How do you know that I am from the Buddha familia?" Ruphas ignored Bete and looked at Finn all of them seemed to know who the Buddha familia were, 

"Well, we met you, captain and vice-captain, and Ais here," He gestured to Ai, "She is under apprenticeship under your vice-captain," Finn stated, he wanted to get things over with and get out. 

"Ho? You are Scathach's apparent?" Ruphas originally only asked how they knew the Buddha familia because of curiosity and wondered if their familia was famous or something. but she would have never thought that she would meet Ais who turned out to be Scathach's apparent.

"You dont know how lucky you are," Ruphas remarked while looking at Ais who gave a confused look, "Hmm? I guess you have no clue about who Scathach is huh?" she muttered in amusement. 

"Scáthach is a legendary warrior, she is revered for her unparalleled skill in combat and her role as a mentor to heroes," Ruphas stated a smile appeared and something changed in Ruphas but none seemed to notice, an authoritative presence spilled from her, "You could even say she is older then me and much more experienced" Ruphas walked off leaving those words. 

those words weren't meant for the Loki familia to hear but for herself, currently, the dying and the new soul were in balance with each having their own mind but thinking the same. and a small smile appeared while her wings glinted.

---Surface-1 day before the war game---

The moon hung high in the sky, casting its shimmering light down upon the ever-bustling city of Orario, but it was tranquil and sarine within Regal's realm, the ever-bustling city just being the backdrop. 

Aletia or Yue was gazing at the moon, while her eyes glowed blood red, "The moon... Yue." She muttered trying to come to terms with everything that had happened, Yue had been wandering the city ever since she was summoned. She let out a sigh and sat down, she was currently on the mansion's roof. 

 "Should I even retune?" she muttered, her mind clouded with the thought of the Avatarl Kingdom, she is a princess and the next queen of the vampires but there was an intense killing intent in her eyes, 

"Why are you sitting here alone?" A blank but gentle voice sounded from her side, and Yue jolted and looked. Regal was sitting right next to her in casual clothes, looking at her with curious eyes. 

After a moment she spoke, "Why do you care?" 

In Regal's hand, a red bottle appeared which he passed to Yue who took it with a little hesitation, "it's simple we are in the same familia and you are in my realm," 

"A familia, Buddha familia huh?" She muttered in her gentle and melodically captivating voice but unlike any other time when there was confidence in her words, it was confusion and a hint of expectation. 

"Wrong, the 'Buddha Familia' is only in name," Regal stated while leaning back and using his hands as support, Yue had a frown on her face she wanted to question that but she patiently waited for the answer. 

Moments passed and the silence grew heavy yet somehow relaxing, "We are a familia, a familia that doesn't require a god to give their blessing," Regal spoke contemplating his own words, Yue grew curious and perplexed she understood what Regal meant but couldn't understand the depth of his words, 

"Buddha is also a part of this familia not as a god but as a member, here hierarchy yields to merit, and the powerful forge our path together, but it is more than just a path forward; it is a genesis, a fresh start for all who call this place home or a place where you can embark on a new journey," He said with a smile, 

"Or just a place you lazy around in," He ended with a blank tone looking at the dragon which was lazily rolling on the ground, it resembled more of a dog than a dragon.

"fufu, seems more like a place for unique troublemakers who want to embark on a new troublemaking journey or be the trouble," Yue spoke with a giggle, 

"That's more... accurate," Regal said in a defeated tone, "Well you cheered up so that's a plus," Yue raised an eye brown at that, Regal got up and plopped his hand on Yue's head and gave her a pat treating her like a kid. 

"Get your hands off" 

"No"

Yue's lip twitched and her hair started to float, Regal just gave a smile and removed his hand,

"Seem like you are all good now," Regal commented and disappeared, Yue sat there frowning but a smile creped up, 

"A familia huh?" Yue got up and gulped down the red bottle she was given, it was blood Regal had purchased from the system, and it was enough to keep Yue's hunger bust for days and was also the Vamppire's favorite blood. "What a mess, Hmm I guess I am also a part of it now,"
