Drive

The coffee shop in the corner of the street near the university was crowded with students as it was evening, Roxana sat on the corner of the shop drinking coffee while waiting for Asher, she felt butterflies in her stomach when she thought that she will be spending time with him.

She lied to Rian by texting him saying she will have to go to Evelyn house for her assignment, she fear that if she lied to him face to face he would obviously find out, since she can't lied, especially to Rian, he can read her face effortlessly.

She felt someone coming towards her and saw Asher coming in his usual jackets with white shirt looking dashing even with his pale face.

"Sorry I'm a bit late" he quickly apologize to her.

"It's ok" she smiles.

"Let go now", he said and turned to walk.

She stood up from her seat and quickly follow him. She saw his black Mercedes car was park in the corner of the street. He open the car door for her, which she find it quite surprising as she never thought he can be a gentleman sometimes.

Asher closed the door when all of a sudden he felt someone staring at him and turn to look at the person and saw Brian looking at them, he turn to Roxana who was still looking at him and walk to the other side of the car.

Asher start the car and slowly drive and turned to Roxana.

"Do you want to listen to some music?" he asked her.

"Yeah" she agreed.

He turned the music on. A rocking metallic song full of loud noise came out from it, he quickly turned it off annoyed by the music. Embarrassed at his quick reaction,he clear his throat and said to her, "Choose it yourself."

Inside his head, he felt like cursing Nathan for his weird taste of song.

Roxana really want to laughed out loud when she saw his expression, he look embarrassed and annoyed. After searching for a while, she finally find a decent music which happen to be her current favorite song 'until i found you' by Stephen Sanchez.

"You like this song? " he asked her when he saw her content expression.

"Yeah, especially the singer," she said.

She turned to Asher and unknowingly said in an excited voice, "You know what, I heard that this singer wrote this song for the girl he loved."

"Can't you believe it? when he's only 19 years old."

"He quite romantic, right?" she asked with enthusiasm.

Asher was surprise at her sudden excitement, thus he casually said, "I can be romantic too, you know?"

"Haha", Roxana suddenly didn't know what to say and just laughed, her face flushes in an instant and quickly turned to look at the scenery outside to avoid him seeing her face.

Asher saw her ear turn red and smile at himself. She looked so adorable when she blushed which make him feel everything is worth it.
