Chapter 15: Selling the mushroom

Bai Yi Yang lead in the front and went to the Bifang restaurant entrance with her siblings. Bai Yi Ling once again remind the two young one to keep quiet later, she doesn't want to feel embarrassed like in the van again.

A waitress politely invite them inside. The siblings may not be wearing expensive or beautiful clothes, but they look clean and tidy so the professional waitress didn't discriminate.

"Welcome. Do you have reservation?" A waitress at the counter smiled at Bai Yi Yang and asked.

"Thank you. I am meeting a man with surname Sun, he said he made a reservation here." Bai Yi Yang reply.

Bai Yi Yang just asked them to serve the 6 dishes and didn't add anything else. It will be too much for them to finish otherwise.

"Very well, then Miss and her sibling, please wait for a while." The waitress walk out of the private room with a smile.

"Boss Sun is this restaurant owner?" Bai Yi Chen ask.

"Quickly, show me the mushrooms. You didn't know this, but my brother in the city was ecstatic when I show him the picture, he said he is willing to pay generous price for it. His restaurant is good but it lacks good things like this to boost their name. Last time I sold him the fish, he sold it as 60,000 yuan dish in a high end banquet. I was jealous to death, only if my Bifang restaurant has the ability, I will sell it myself." Boss Sun said honestly.

"The weight came out as 4.28 kilogram. Miss Bai, if you are not satisfied, then I will ask the staff to bring another scale." Boss Sun show the reading.

After scanning Bai Yi Yang Allpay, Boss Sun transfer the money to Bai Yi Yang account. Bai Yi Yang look at Boss Chen as she saw the extra 40 yuan, making it a total of 51,400 yuan.

After that, a few waitresses start bringing the dish onto the table. There are even an extra crispy duck dish on the table, the waitress didn't mention it just now. Only after the waitress went out did Bai Yi Chen talk.

"You really pick the mushrooms from our mountain? Did you go somewhere else without me knowing?" He asked in a low voice so the children cannot hear. Bai Yi Yang who is gnawing on chicken drumstick almost choked.

She can already see the future works needed. These kind of domesticated dog breeds is really hard to raise in the village where they need frequent visit to the vet, then grooming and don't mention about the foods that they eat. She really want to reject Bai Yi Fang wish but she already made a promise.

"If it is too hard just get her village dog, she will still like it." Bai Yi Chen said. Bai Yi Yang smiled bitterly.

"Then can Fang Fang give jiejie a few days to think?" Bai Yi Yang said.

"Is it hard to get these dogs? Jie, just go ask around in the village. There are a lot of people who have puppies." Bai Yi Mo intervene.

"I don't want puppies from the village, their fur is short and they are not big after growing up." Bai Yi Fang said.

"The one you are asking, we need to buy it." Bai Yi Ling said, she heard this from her friend who bought a dog before.

Bai Yi Fang bite her lips and didn't say anything anymore. How come Xiao gege can get a bike but she can't even get two puppies? All the kids in the village has dogs, she just wanted a better looking one, that's all.

She can just open her phone and find these kinds of dogs but how can she explain it to Bai Yi Fang that adopting a pet is not just a short term happiness, when they are sick they also need to take care of it, their food, bathing them. Its just like raising a child, that's why she doesn't easily agree. She doesn't like it when people adopt pets but doesn't take care of them.

"Fang Fang, it's not that jiejie doesn't want to get you one immediately but the puppies also need a house to sleep, clean feeding bowls, towels to take bath and all. We cannot rush to bring back puppies, understand?" She said to the sulking Bai Yi Fang after hearing objections from her siblings.

Bai Yi Fang eyes brightens, she nod in understanding.

Bai Yi Fang saw her friends dogs just slept on the ground and they share a broken bowl when eating, so she never thought that puppies are like humans too, they need place to sleep and clean bowls, towels. Just like her and her siblings.

"Then Fang Fang is not rushing, we can have one when we have a lot of money." Bai Yi Fang said, she is happy again. Later when they have dogs, she can brag to her friends that her dogs has house of their own.
