Even though Tony didn't reveal that he was Iron Man, the government knew that he had created Iron Man's armor and asked Tony to hand it over to the government.

Tony refused and showed a scene similar to what Jack had seen in the movie, but what worried Jack was that Tony still hadn't recovered from palladium poisoning and it was surprising that he was still alive.

After all, in this universe he came from, it had been years since Tony had been kidnapped, as he didn't say he was Iron Man, Nick Fury had no way of knowing that Tony had the arc reactor in his chest and was poisoned by palladium.

Jack was shocked by this because he realized that Tony Stark could die and Iron Man could disappear because of him, after all, Tony would soon die of poison and would not realize the new element without help.

In addition, Jack knew that Ivan Vanko was actually angry at Tony Stark, after all, Ivan thought that Tony's father had stolen his father's idea and sent him out of the country and that Tony was just the creator of the armor's arc reactor.

Just as Tony Stark had not revealed that he was Iron Man, he would die if Ivan Vanko attacked him for not being able to put on Iron Man's armor.

Knowing this Jack warned Peter that he had to leave New York for a while and go to California, the truth was that with the villains being afraid of Spider Man and Jack, Peter didn't need Jack's help.

After all, in addition to Spider Man, New York had the police, Daredevil, the Punisher, and other heroes who could take care of the bad guys, even so, Jack was still in New York.

So Jack could continue to fight the bad guys and earn FP and also help Peter Parker keep his secret identity and have more time to go to university and spend time with Aunt May.

Jack had thought about leaving New York and going to other cities to fight the bad guys, but he found that perhaps because of the Marvel universe, there were far more bad guys in New York than in any other city in the United States.

Jack could get over 40k FP a day fighting dozens of criminals in New York, but if he went to another city, he wouldn't be able to find that many criminals.

Also, Jack realized that other states and cities in the United States and other countries didn't like people with superpowers, so Jack decided to stay in New York to fight and help Peter.

Jack also didn't go to Kamar-Taj every day anymore, he just went to talk with Wong and the Ancient One and to get other books from the library, as Vishanti had asked the Ancient One if he could bring some books to New York, but he had to return them.

After deciding what to do, Jack opened a portal and went to California, Jack saw in the news that Tony Stark was at home after the meeting with Congress, Tony had already passed the presidency to Pepper Potts a few months ago.

Jack could talk to Tony now that he was an American hero and had a lot of influence after spending over a year fighting Spider Man, even so, Jack decided to go to Stark Industries to ask Pepper Potts to get him a meeting with Tony.

He called the company and said he had an important matter to talk to Pepper about and soon managed to schedule a time to speak with her, Jack still had to wait for two days until he could speak with her.

"Mr. Jack Shaw, I thought you used a secret identity like Spider Man." He told Pepper upon learning that Jack was the masked hero from New York who fought Spider Man.

"You can call me Jack, Mrs. Potts, I do not hide my identity because I have no family that can be threatened, my only friends currently are also heroes," Jack said laughing.

"I see, then why do you wear a mask?" asked Pepper curiously.

"Because I don't want criminals to easily know who I am and where my house is, I only reveal my identity to other heroes or when I need to use my identity to get something, just like I had to use my hero identity to get talk like you," Jack said explaining.

"I see, you can rest assured that I will keep your identity a secret, what did you need to talk to me about that is so important for you to reveal your hero identity?" asked Pepper curiously.

"I need to discuss a very important matter with Iron Man or Mr. Stark, it's a secret matter of heroes that can save many lives, as I know Iron Man is Mr. Stark's bodyguard. I can talk about this with him too." Jack said.

Jack didn't go to Tony Stark's house directly because if he was close to dying from poison, he might not want to welcome Jack to his house.

So Jack decided to say that he had an important matter to talk to Iron Man or Tony about, so either Tony appeared as Iron Man or he appeared as Tony Stark, so Jack could talk about palladium with him.

"Tony has been staying at home lately and Iron Man is at his house protecting Tony, can't you tell me what this is about?" Pepper asked.

"I'm sorry but I can't, this secret matter of heroes I couldn't even tell my family if I had one," Jack said.

"Fine, I'll tell Tony about what you said, I'll call you as soon as Tony tells me what he's going to decide," Pepper said.

Jack didn't have to wait long and soon Pepper called him saying that Tony had told Jack to go to his house in Malibu, so Jack flew to Malibu and soon arrived at Tony Stark's house which was the same one he had seen in the films.

Soon Jack entered the house and waited at the door of the house after ringing the bell, Tony opened the door and soon Jack noticed that he looked sick, the poison was already appearing on Tony's neck which meant that he was close to dying.

"So you're Jack Shaw? I didn't think you would fly into my house." Tony said looking at Jack curiously.
