Into the Xiong clan

We sat off and ran dawn the mountains to go and find the Xiong clan scouts and get an official invitation into it.

The 3 clans might not be on the best of terms, but Bai Ning Bing basically solidified the unity of Gu Yue and Xiong clans. Only a catastrophic level of desperation can drive either one of them to attack the other!

speaking of Bai Ning Bing, aren't the 10 extreme physiques technically going against the heavens? Can't I use the Fate Flipped Upside Down Gu on Bai Ning Bing and completely pog her to death?

I would love to see nothing more than the expression Bai Ning Bing will make when she sees how her heaven-defying talent becomes the lowest quality imaginable! I'd most definitely pay 500 Gu points for such a show!

I specifically said she, as I have plans on how to deal with both Fang Yuan and Bai Ning Bing. Fate Flipped Upside Down Gu will most likely also work on Fang Yuan, so I only need to stab Fang Yuan or Bai Ning Bing with it and all of my problems will dissapear!

A 10% Fang Yuan and 0% Bai Ning Bing will be of no threat to me! The prerequisite is getting the 1k Gu points required to buy two of them, but that problem will soon be solved!

Enough about my schemes, lets get back to the point here. My main point is, why would I be suspected of espionage? I will, most likely, be welcomed with open arms and will be used as a stepping stone for Xiong Li. My plans for that are going to be a lot of fun as well!

The trip to Xiong clan took around 27 hours. Surprisingly, it wasn't my brother's fault. It was mostly Bang Shou's fault, as he is a complete slowpoke. But we have arrived!

The scouting team reported of our identities and all we had to do was show off Guts to prove ourselves. There are less than 10 people on Gu Yue mountain who can hold Guts and only around 2 who can wield it. Showing it off is enough proof of our identity.

"What if that sword is just a fake? There is no way that sword can be wielded so easily and gracefully by a mortal! It is most definitely fake!" Some guard with a lot of muscles wanted to make trouble by picking on my brother and using him as a way to get to me.

Quite a dumb move if you ask me. Chun Jack is no oaf without a brain, so he smiled and flipped Guts in the air. It spun around twice and he caught it by the blade and pointed the handle towards the guard "If you may..."

The guard got a bit angry and so did my... teammates? "Whose side you on you bunch of dumbasses?!" This got them flinching and looking down in embarrassment.

The guard didn't care about what I had to say and angrily clutch onto Guts's handle. "Humph! It isn't so heav-"

My brother leg go of Guts and down went the sword. The guard quickly grabbed it with his other hand as well. He tried to pull it up it with all of his strength, but down went Guts's tip and the guy fell on his knees.

My brother smiled and graciously spun Guts around and caught its handle, sheathing it in a single motion. The Xiong clan members gulped and looked at Chun Jack in terror.

It is kinda hilarious to see Gu masters fear a mortal to such a degree. "I am quite certain we have proven our identities. May we enter your beautiful city now?"

The guard nodded in fear and quickly let us in through the gate. I had my ways to gather the needed information and accomplish my goal.

I didn't waste time and went directly to the center of the town. It is still snowing outside, but I don't care about snow all that much. I am wearing a robe and a warm hat, so I am quite well equipped.

My teammates all have winter clothes and Chun Jack is wearing my mother's hand-knitted cape around him and a warm hat. He looks exactly like Guts the berserker!

The only differences are he has both eyes and arms along with a different color scheme. We were all ready for anything along the way.

We went to the city's center and I cleared my throat "XIONG LI, YOU HAVE HELD THE TITLE OF THE STRONGEST FOR TOO LONG! IT IS TIME SOMEONE PUTS YOU IN YOUR PLACE! COME OUT AND FACE ME!"

The huge yell attracted a lot of attention towards me and my brother. My teammates are off to mix in with the crowd.

They said stuff like "Is this kid crazy? He actually challenged Xiong Li?" and similar stuff to instigate the fight even more.

News quickly spread and I took a small nap on the side of a building and waited for the man of the hour to arrive and boy did he arrive!

The man walked up to me with a displeased expression and decided to kick my body to wame me up. I caught his leg mid-kick and ye flinched.

I pushed it back to him and stood up. "Guess you have bigger balls than that Chi Shan. Whether that is a good thing or a bad thing remains to he seen, your remains just to clarify!" Sick burn on my part. I might be honking my own horn, but that was smooth and good!

The guy looked at me with a shocked expression and said "Hope you have the strength to back up your claims! If you can't defeat me, then you will have to stream around our clan city 5 times!"

I smirked at him and said "That sounds like a fun thing to watch you do, but my instant knockout will be enough humiliation for you. Hope you have a baby innate bear strength Gu ready for when you lose!"

We are both tough and smart men, so we didn't need to talk much. All we need is a stage to start our battle and a place to start the battle at.

Our conflict has been solidified and there is no backing down now! If anyone backs down, then the bridge reputation Gu built for them will collapse and throw them into the endless abyss!

As I have said before, once two strong reputation Gus' meet, it can only end with one swallowing the other!

I looked at the 1.9 meters tall guy in front of me and said "Has the weather up there screwed with your brain? You expect me to know where I should officially kick your ass?!"

He smirked with his hairy face and said "Humph! As expected of a barbarian from Gu Yue, not even doing the most basic research on their allies! To think you had the balls to come to my house and demand a match! Truly a frog lusting after swan meat!"

That was a good one I'll give him that and this! "River swallowing frogs don't eat swan meat. It is beneath them and assuming a swan like you is worthy of being used as a snack by a frog like me are the thoughts of a true dirt toad masking itself as a mudskin toad!"

Got him! Dirt toad is a weird rank 1 Gu, which's only ability is making itself look like the higher rank mudskin toad Gu.

He realized he was losing and didn't have a good enough comeback, so he decided on a tactical retreat "Haha! good, very good! We will see who is the true dirt toad tomorrow at the arena of bears! High noon, don't force me to drag you there and come willingly!"

I laughed in his face and said "Hah! If i don't want to leave my room, then not even your grandfather will be able to force me to leave! Much less a shrimp like you! But I want to put you in your place and show you your place on the food chain, so I will come! High noon, don't hide like your rival Chi Shan!"

We nodded at eachother and began walking forwards. Our shoulders collided and we pushed eachother with all of our strength.

How?! He, he pushed past me! His muscles overpowered mine and pushed me aside! How can he have such strength?!

Nevermind! I wasn't planning on going head to head with him in terms of strength. My plan is much more thorough than this shallow display!

Xiong Li, after a week, there will be no doubt of who is truly Qiang Mao mountain's strongest and no amount of information my clan won't have on your Xiong clan!

I'll give you this small victory and sweep all of the true benefits for myself! Reputation, wealth, Gu worms, honour and your clan's spirit spring! They will all be mine!
