Creation of particular energy had difficulty depending upon the availability of energy. Different worlds had different rules and it was foolishness to use the energy of the world to cultivate for an innate being. Ratan was working from the beginning to create and extract a trace of energy. As long as he extracted a trace of energy directly associated with the rules of the void, he will able to use the energy in all worlds with the same effect. He would be able to have unlimited energy due to his highest saved body state.

Ratan finally extracted a trace of spiritual vitality. It was a special kind of energy that was useful to all life forms and was able to enlighten beings and objects. Ratan absorbed the energy into his body. After increasing the energy to the limit his body could bear, he started taking the genetic potion. He had started creating the genetic potion he started working four years ago. Using his skill of "All Information", he was able to find the perfect route for genetic evolution of his body. The space human gene was a special gene that allowed the humans to live in space. The first-generation space gene helped him have the power to stay alive in space and be resistant to radiations. The second-generation had the power to absorb and use dark energy. The third generation had the power to directly use the dark energy to fly, absorb and redirect energy and survive in space. The third-generation space human gene also had the power to redirect space and connect to a star as long as they are near a star and absorb the energy.

Ratan had directly created a third-generation ascension potion. He lay down on the hibernation cabin and used the genetic reagents. It took nearly a month to be transformed. He directly started using the spiritual vitality and started to increase the strength of his body. He started running the vitality exercise. Ratan now was powerful enough and there was nothing that could challenge him in this world. He knew that there was no other civilization on the universe and also knew that this universe was an isolated one.

The international crime fighter centre had taken over the problem they were facing. A country had decided to take over the crime centre and to increase the authority they had over the centre. They decided to increase the people they sent and killed the competitors. The help they provided to the countries were higher due to the existence of dark net. The dark net was untraceable and the source of it was unknown. The scary thing was that it came into being before the coming of many online platforms. The exchange of materials without giving any respect to the laws of the country was enough for the criminals to start using the dark net. They started multiple trades and with the help of the dark net, they were able to create an era of darkness. The crime rate did not increase much but the strength of the criminal organizations were established and there was nothing that the government could do. This gave the rise to the international gangsters.

There was no more need for Ratan to hide and there was no reason for him to be foolish enough to announce the fact that he was the emperor. He bought a new car and send the people under him to buy a medical company with a complete industry at their disposal. He directly released the cure for cancer and made it into capsules. He wanted to make some of money which was not in the dark side.

It was easy for him to kill all the people who tried to get the formula. All those who betrayed were killed and their families were destroyed. He was invited to sit in the police station by the bureau of internal security to sit and talk. He knew that many of the people in power wanted him to give up the pie. He was sitting in the chair while a lawyer came to bargain. He was followed by Malavika, the daughter of a medical conglomerate. She smiled and sat down. The lawyer smiled and spoke, "There are proofs that you are the one who killed many people. The punishment will range from life imprisonment to death sentence. You should try to get away."

Ratan smiled and said, "John Zakaria, the son of Zakaria. You killed 2 women during your college years and was caught handling drugs. How much did you give up just because of a mistake? It was really noting to you to give up your freedom and to become a dog to the rich as you always wanted to be one."

The lawyer was angry. Malavika spoke, "Why are you not afraid?"

Ratan smiled and spoke, "Get me a cigarette."

The officer at the side gave the cigarette from the coat of Ratan. Ratan took the cigarette and started smoking. Negotiation is all about showing off like a male peacock. There are several methods to do so and the strongest is to show hard power.

Ratan took a puff of cigarette and started speaking, "I know that the recording is open. I also know that officer Ram will say that the recording is closed. But let it be recorded. I did kill all those people and cleaned all the evidences. I also know that you sent the blackjack gang to falsify the evidence. You don't even have my fingerprint or any part of my body residue to plant the evidence and could only use indirect evidence. You are too foolish and can only scare the newbies. Give me the phone and connect to the person behind you."

Malavika smiled and gave the phone she had in her purse to Ratan. Ratan took the phone and put it on speaker. He smiled and asked, "How is minister Addams doing? Did you buy the pearl that your daughter wanted? I heard that your son is in Altair learning commerce. What a sad thing that you d not care about your family?"

Addams smiled and spoke, "Within ten minutes your mother will be killed. You can borrow a phone. Try to do whatever you can."

Ratan took the phone from the lawyer and sent a message. He returned the phone. The CEO of terrain medicals who was sitting with the minister smiled and spoke, "You are really a young man in heat. Only fools would challenge the minister."

Ratan smiled and spoke, "Yoke, kill him."

There was a gunshot from the phone. Malavika and the lawyer was scared. There were some tears in the eyes of Malavika as her father was killed. Ratan smiled and spoke, "Minister. You are a unlucky person. Why don't you call the people who you sent to kill my mother again? There is even a better method. Look outside. You are surrounded by gangsters. Withing ten minutes you will be asked to resign and I will be requested to come out of this detention centre." 

The minister was scared and asked, "Who are you?"

Ratan smiled and said, "I am called the Dark Emperor."

The lawyer stood up in respect hearing the name. He did not have to wait for much time before he was released. Another minister came to talk to him while he was leaving the place, "Dark emperor. This is not what the party decided. We will compensate you."

Ratan smiled and said, "There is no need to worry. I am going to surface to the light from the darkness. It is time to make the world know me again. Make sure all the people behind and punished including yourself. You can also punish yourself. It would be better to finish it easily."

The people under Ratan started resurfacing from different places. The country of Yogh nation was announced its sovereignty and proclaimed dictatorship under Ratan. The Yogh nation was also accepted by the international convention. Ratan let his family move to the Yogh nation and put them in house arrest. The fools did not know how to behave and there was nothing they could do about being imprisoned.

Ratan had sent a lot of technology to increase the power of his nation. The absolute planning done by him was the better thing he could do. The whole nation was in the most efficient production state and other countries did not understand it. The higher-level weapons demonstrated was more than enough to make the country be recognized as the first tier. The whole economy of the nation was increasing and the people did not have much complaints against the ruler.

Ratan was sitting in the private meeting with other countries. They were questioning him why he let underworld grow stronger and was letting it infiltrate their country. He denied it and said that they could do with them however they wanted. Ratan helped the underworld with information and this was more than enough to put the nations back off. The constant assassinations was not something that they could do.

Ratan decided to disintegrate and be reborn in another world as this world was boring. He had already conquered this world. He then thought that the more he lived the more he had. So he seriously developed science and technology.

After ten million years he decided to disintegrate and humans could not develop anymore. And thus the Dark god of the universe went to afterlife.
