What is the soup for?

Lina felt her stomach rumbling. She fidgets a little bit but doesn't really care to move because she's comfortable right now. Henry softly caresses Lina's hair when he felt her move to calm her down. She was fidgeting the whole night every now and again, maybe because of her stomach, but she settles down almost immediately after he does that. Lina hugs him tighter and settle down deeper into his hug.

Her head is nestled on his shoulder where she can easily bury her face into his neck. He can feel each breath she takes and she's so close he is surrounded by her sweet smell. He is enjoying this kind of sleep. Without opening his eyes, he rubs Lina's hair gently and kisses her forehead.

Maria, with Grandma Sophia and Mrs Grace saw all of this. They have just quietly gone inside the room and stopped as they saw the couple in the bed. Speechless by the affection the tangled couple have for each other even in their sleep.

The twin comes in after them and giggles at the sight. Maria gestures towards the Wu women for them to step out of the room, which they did, while the twin stayed with their phones already out and ready. No doubt to take some embarrassing evidence for their older sister.

"This might sound weird to both of you but I was expecting something like this, not like this but im really not shocked by it. I think they are meant to meet." Maria tells the Wu women when they were in the sitting area of Henry's suite.

The Wu women are almost shaking with shock and relief with what Maria just said. They were worried that she will be upset to see her daughter with Henry, in bed no less.

"Oh, I'm so glad to hear that! We think the same way. Should we talk about the details while eating? We're sorry to be such awful hosts." Mrs Grace tells Maria while Grandma Sophia nods happily.

"Aaaahhhhh!" they hear a scream coming from the bedroom followed by guffaws of laughter from the twins which makes them giggle as well.

"What are you doing here? Why? How? MAMA!!?"

Imagine Lina's surprise when she opened her eyes because she keeps hearing giggles and the first thing she saw is a phone in her face!

Lina scrambled out of bed ignoring her smiling bed mate and went straight to the door of the bedroom to see her mom with two other women, giggling softly. All looking at her.

Henry followed Lina by the door but loses his smile when he saw what she is looking at. He shuts the door surely hoping it's a dream. That made the twin laugh harder.

Lina grabs one of the twins, at this time, she's not sure who it is exactly and asked, "Why are you here? What happened?"

Senna or is it Jia, moves away from Lina's hands and tells them both, "I think we will find out together when you come out."

With that, both girls prance out of the room. And Lina took the chance to peek out, the three ladies are not there now too.

Lina can only look at Henry with pleading eyes, "What do I do? What do I tell her?"

"Don't worry, make yourself presentable. I'll take care of it." He tells her while smoothing down her hair, trying to calm her. Any excuse for him to touch her, really.

"Where are my clothes though?"

"Might still be wet."

"What do I wear then?!"

"Look in the closet, you will find something."

"I can't wear your clothes and go down! They'll think we slept together." Lina claims indignantly.

"But that's exactly what we just did." Henry responds as he comes out of the bathroom after brushing his teeth.

"You know what I mean." Lina tells him with a blush on her cheeks.

Henry chuckled softly, "Don't worry, it will be fine, come down when you're ready!" He kissed her cheeks and left to go down.

A little stunned, "You're a player!" she calls out belatedly. Then went on inside the closet to find something to wear.

Henry went down to the dining room to find that his parents and grandparents are already seated. There are two vacant seats in between his mother and grandmother.

His mother stands up when she saw him walk in to the room and led her to Lina's mother after he greeted her good morning with a kiss on her cheeks.

"Introduce yourself first." Mrs Grace tells her son, patting him on the back.

"Good morning, Aunty my name is Wu Henry. I'm sorry about the situation this morning, I couldn't greet you properly." He sincerely tells Maria.

"Don't worry about that. Where's Nana?" She looks towards the direction of the stairs.

"She's just getting ready and will be here soon."

"Okay then." Maria smiles.

Henry goes to where his grandmother is seated and kissed her on the cheeks too.

"Sit down, my boy." She tells him as she pats his cheeks affectionately, as she always does. He tried to absorb what is happening as he sat down. Already trying to figure out the situation and how to help Lina.

The staff are busy placing food on the table. The twins are seated in between his father and grandfather. All four busy talking about architecture and plants, if he heard them correctly, strange topic for teenage girls. While the women are talking about weather and decorations. For what?

He focused on the food being served at the time being and asked Butler Li, "Is the soup for Lina ready?"

"Yes, I'll bring it out next", Butler Li confirmed.

"Lina is such a pretty name." Henry's mother tells Maria. "So is Senna and Jia." She continued, looking at the twins. The twins smiled at the compliment they were just given. Which makes their beauty shine even more. Though there is only a slight resemblance between the twins and Lina, it's undeniable that they are also very beautiful.

"What is the soup for?" His mother asks.

"Lina had an upset stomach last night, so Butler Li prepared a soup that will have help soothe it this morning". He tells them, deciding against telling them the truth.

Henry saw the women's expression when he answered his mothers question. "Stop your imaginations now, Mom, Grandma, she ate something bad last night."

"I didn't say anything you naughty boy." Grandma tells him with a smile.

Butler came out with a big bowl of steaming soup. Henry meticulously arranged it on the empty table setting next to his seat. And stood up when Lina walked in sheepishly, encouraging her to move closer to the table where everybody is waiting for her.
