Chapter one

Waking up at 6am, my everyday routine. But today I felt my energy seeping out from my body. It's Wednesday and I can't afford to be marked absent in school's register.

For no actual reason, I just didn't want to be marked absent today.

"Sarah !"

I heard my mom called,while climbing up the stairs , she knocked at my bedroom's door.

"Are you still asleep?"

I wanted to reply back but I couldn't as my voice choked, I removed the quilt from my legs and came down gently from the bed ,walking slowly towards the door. as soon as I reached the door to touch the handle,the door burst open hitting my nose as I fell down on the floor at the back of the door , I could hear my mother's footsteps.

"Sarah today's not the weekend..you got school today, and don't plan on skipping out toady" she said sitting down on my bed while facing the toilet door. it's funny how she just keep facing the door while I'm at the back of the front door.

"Good morning mother" I greeted while trying to get up.

surprised by the sudden voice my mother flinched a little and rolled her eyes at me.

she doesn't get the fact that she's old and anytime she rolls her eyes it's weird and funny

"you just woke up?" she asked,and I nodded my head while she folded her hands beneath her chest.

"you're going to be late and you know it"

"no mother it's half past six and school begins at eight" I said while rummaging through my school bag to check if I completed yesterday's homework .

"still, dress up early and come down for breakfast." my mom said and walked out of my room.

At seven, I came downstairs heading towards the dining. I wore a short royal blue skirt ,long sleeved white shirt that has red and black stripes at the top left side ,i let my hair fall behind my back ,and a long thigh white sock and black shoe.

After all that was our uniform. I sat down across my mother as I eat slowly and gently.

For intro, I'm Sarah Michael, sixteen years ,I have three siblings an older one and two younger ones. we just moved to Mexico after my dad divorced my mother .Mexico is my mother's hometown, we recently stayed at UK where my dad resides but now ,living with my mom I think our lives are gonna change.

"Danielle ! come down right now!" my mom screamed loudly, almost bursting my eardrums.

A younger girl came down from the stairs ,curly black hair ,fair skin,light blue eyes. She wore the same uniform as me but the difference was her skirt was dark blue .

"mom you called me?" her voice was tiny like a baby's .

"Sit down ,where's your sister?"

I forgot to say my younger ones were a set of twin.

"Mom She's through and will be down within the next two minutes" Danielle said with a cheeky smile.

Sooner ,Michelle came down with same uniform as Danielle, her features was the same as Danielle ,they looked too identical ,the only way we could recognize them was Michelle's hair was naturally blue at the tip of her hair and her eyes were grey.
