  The second phase of the contest has only two stages. The first stage was painting. So as soon as Ryan declared the contest open, colours and brushes were immediately set on ten different stools. A small round chair was placed with stools and the seatings was set a little far but directly in front of the dragon prince. 

  Each of the contesting maidens were asked to sit on a chair. They must look towards the prince and paint the Prince but he must be standing in the painting even though the prince was presently sitted.

  Murmurs were heard all around the room as to how difficult the task would be for the maidens. The announcer announced that the lesson behind this stage is to show how smart the Queen to be is and how good their memory is.
