"So what did you bring ??"Lucas asked with curiosity ,he was really famished and haven't taken any food since morning except a cup of coffee.

"Check it your self"Aphrodite said placing the lunchbox Infront of him. .

Lucas eyes glimmered as the scent of the food flew into his nostril .He quickly digged into it and began stuffing his mouth with the food.

Aphrodite just sat there looking at him .She just need to wait ... Just wait .

"Who cooked it. .....You ???"Lucas asked after cleaning his lips with a white napkins.

"You know I hate being in the kitchen.... It was mom who cooked it "Aphrodite replied ,Lucas chuckled ,he put the Food flask back onto the lunchbox . .

Aphrodite stared at Lucas for a long time .

"What ??"Lucas asked feeling uncomfortable under her strong gaze .

"Your promise??"Aphrodite said ,Lucas dropped his fountain pen .

"Hmm ....I won't break it."He checked his Wristwatch "The Event will commence by 4:00pm so there is still more time left "Lucas said, Aphrodite finally smiled and turned away from him .

A knock came on the door after 15 minutes and Karen entered ,she has a few documents in her right hand

"Mr Han has arrived sir ...He is in the waiting room "Karen said ,Lucas nodded he put down his pen then stood up .

"Let go then.."He walked out with her , leaving Jacob alone with Aphrodite .

Killian tapped his fingers gently on the table as he stared at the board then at the files on his front .He already gone through the file and saw that the offer was quit good .

The stakeholders began murmuring between them self .

"So the meeting is closed then "Killian finally said,he stood up form his chair .The meeting was Soo boring to begin with ,he prefer thinking about Aphrodite than sitting with this old Men.

"I don't agree"A masculine voice intersected , Killian paused ,he looked over his shoulder and his eyes met with the scar faced man .

"Why .....If I may ask"Killian asked with a hint of annoyance .The Man looked at him provocatively ,not caring about his cold voice .

"The Land is too expensive and we are not sure if it is going to make more profit with the amount of billions we are going to spend on it "Benjamin said , folding his hands over his chest .The Stakeholders began to whisper among themselves again.

"I already assure you ,you are going to get your profits. "Killian said calmly then walked away leaving him no chance to argue with him .

Benjamin eyes darkened .This bastard is sure hard to defeat huh??

He has better plan and kicking him out his CEO'S seat is one of them .

"Are you guys sure .,you want to trust him"Benjamin asked the fellow stakeholders and they all nodded .

"He is really good with his job and he pays us handsomely so there is no problem with him ."They all said with a trusting smile , Benjamin face darkened a few shades further.
