Coffee, coffee, there needed to be coffee. Kurt shuffled around the kitchen in his boxers, filling the pot with water and putting grounds in the filter. Soft footsteps drew his attention as he was pushing the button to turn the coffee pot on.
Maggie came into the room, wearing undies and what appeared to be his T-shirt. She walked toward him and leaned against him, placing a kiss on his mouth.
“Did you get enough sleep? Or are you worn out from the bed gymnastics?” he asked.
“I slept fine. And the gymnastics part was oh so very good.” She sat on one of the stools at the high counter. “This will go down in my autobiography as one of the most epic weekends in my life.”
He gave her a long look, about to make an offer he didn’t know if she was even interested in. “This doesn’t have to be a once in a life time thing.”
