Chapter 5

It didn't take Madara any time to catch up to the bandits with the speed of the eagle.

He appeared above the carriages before he unsummoned the eagle and dropped to the ground.

"Earth Style: Earth spikes."

Madara cast the earth spikes jutsu when got to the ground. The jutsu created multiple earth spikes from the ground and skewered the two carriages in the front.

Seeing the carriages in front being attacked by earth spikes, the last carriage stopped and the people inside it came out to check the situation.

"What happened?!"

"Can't you see that we have been attacked, you idiot."

"But how? We are in the middle of nowhere how could we be attacked."

"Who the both of you shut up for a minute. What do you think attacked us?"

The bandits started arguing among themselves about what attacked them. They didn't even notice Madara who was standing behind them.

"Would you people keep quiet! Who are you and why did you attack us?!"

That was until their leader's voice sounded behind them that they noticed there was an unknown person among them. The bandits quickly turned around and saw them and Madara standing face to face.

"Yeah who do think you are to attack us, Kid."

Another voice spoke out and following the voice, another person appeared beside the leader. This new person is a black-haired muscular man who seems to be in his late thirties and he is one of the five higher members. He was wearing a black shirt, black pants, boots and a mask.

Following the appearance of the muscular man another man appeared beside him, this man is also one of the five higher members of the bandit group.

He was a man with a slim physique like the leader. He has short brown hair and a handsome face. He was also wearing a black shirt, black pants and boots and he was also another one of the five higher-ups.

Following the brown hair man, another man appeared and this one is a bald-headed middle age man with a scar on his face and finally, the final member of the bandit higher-ups appeared along with the bald-headed man.

The last member is a man of average appearance and stature as any thirty-year-old would have. He has long curly hair red hair, and a handsome face like the leader and he was the second person with the highest mana level in the group.

He is also wearing luxurious clothes like the leader. His clothes consist of a red fiery robe with a red shirt underneath it, black pants and boots. He also had a holster around his waist like everybody in the group and in it was his red grimoire.

They all looked at Madara with a hostile glare because if it was for their leader they would have due from Madara's jutsu.

Earlier they were all enjoying their victory with some wine when the leader suddenly warned them to get out of the carriage. They were confused at first but they did as told and jumped out of it and they were shocked a second later when they watched as the carriage was jabbed from all sides with multiple earth spikes.

"Didn't you hear what my brother said huh? you brat. Who are you and why the fuck did you attack us... Are you bored of living or something?"

The curly red-haired man with an impatient tone he look at Madara with an irritated look on his face. He wasn't the only one as the rest were also angry.

While the group of five were staring at Madara with hateful expressions, the boy himself was thinking about how to kill them.

'System show me their status first before I plan my attack patterns.'

During these four years, Madara got to know that the system has the ability to show him the basic status of any selected targets he is looking at so he asked the system to show him the status of the five bandits.
