'Well that was annoying.'
With his hands stuffed in his pockets, Jun continued to walk down the busy streets of Tokyo while thinking about his encounter with Bishamon and her companions.
'To think that I'll soon be leaving this place... I should probably say goodbye to Ebato before I do that.'
Gathering his thoughts together, he turned around and headed towards a nearby cafe.
---
*Ding* *Ding*
The sound of a bell echoed out as he walked into the shop.
"Welcome back mast- Urgh, its you." The waitress who was supposed to greet him made a disgusted face when she saw who it was.
"Nice to see you to Ebato-chan." He smiled and added emphasis on the chan part.
Standing in front of him was a green eyed Japanese girl dressed in a typical maid uniform. She had long red hair that reached the mid section of her back and was quite tall by Japanese standards. If one were to just take her looks into consideration then she would definitely be seen as attractive.
"Are you here to see her!" She asked him in an irritated tone.
"Her?"
Pointing to one of the tables at the back, a young girl with blue eyes and shoulder length pink hair smiled and waved at him.
Seeing the smile on her face and the expression on Ebato's, Jun understood why she was so irritated.
"Coincidence." He said stoically.
"Coincidence my ass! There's no way that bitc- girl would ever come here if not for you!" She said gritting her teeth.
"You were about to call her a bitch weren't you?" He smiled and ruffled her hair.
"Don't do that!" She slapped his hand away and disappeared into the back of the cafe.
'She should be more honest with herself.' He smiled to himself before taking a seat opposite the pink haired girl.
Looking closer at the girl, he saw that she was wearing a blue hoodie underneath a dark red school blazer. She also had white headphones hanging off of her neck and had her top button undone. Although her chest was on the flat side, her overall appearance was very cute and wouldn't surprise him if she went off one day and became an idol.
"*Sigh* What do you want Matsuri?" He asked the pink haired girl.
Smiling at him, Matsuri pulled out her phone at an angle that only he could see.
"What's this?"
"Shh, just watch." She said mischievously.
---
It was porn... solo porn.
"Looks like me right?" She asked curious to see his reaction.
"...Why are you showing me this?"
"Because I want your opinion duh." She said as if it was obvious.
"So its not because we're porn buddies?" He joked.
"You wish." She smiled in a teasing manner.
"But seriously, what do you think?"
"Hmm... Pretty average." He shrugged and ordered some coffee.
Rolling her eyes, Matsuri felt unsatisfied with his answer.
"Obviously its average, its amateur porn after all." She explained.
"So what was the point of this exactly?" He said taking a sip of his recently delivered coffee.
"I wanted to know if you thought it was good enough to sell?"
"Your not still scamming people with your fake masturbation videos are you?" He raised an eyebrow and asked.
"It pays my bills." She replied feeling no remorse for the men she scammed.
"1. You're in middle school, you don't pay any bills. And 2. Men aren't as stupid as you think they are." He said downing his drink.
"Ha, I'll believe you when I get caught." She said proudly.
"Didn't that guy from before catch you?"
"..... That was a miscalculation." She turned away from him embarrassed.

That's right, a couple of months ago in the dead of night, Jun took a leisurely stroll through the red light district searching for something to get his blood pumping. On his journey he accidentally came across the sight of Matsuri being assaulted by some bald headed fat dude in his thirties. Of course his natural reaction was to help her out, but if he'd learned anything from his previous life it was that if he helped out he might accidentally get MeToo'd and blackmailed along with the other dude. So with that thought in mind he turned a blind eye to it and carried on with his journey... Unfortunately for him, Matsuri had seen him and decided that he'd make a good shield.
Running into his embrace she hid behind his back and made him the target of the man's anger. For some reason the man was heavily intoxicated and couldn't differentiate between him and Matsuri leading to Jun being attacked.
After beating him to the point of puking, he was prepared to leave until he was stopped by Matsuri. She apparently felt scared of walking home alone and begged him to accompany her. And since he hadn't found anything stimulating, he decided that taking her home wasn't a problem.
They eventually ended up swapping contact information and messaged each other whenever they were bored. After a while she confessed to him that she had actually been scamming the guy and when he found out he tried to take his money back. That was when she stumbled upon Jun leading to their current situation/friendship.
---
"Just so you know, if some guy catches you I'm not gonna bail you out again."
"Aw, you say that but I know you wouldn't leave me." She smiled putting her phone away.
"You'd be surprised how heartless I can be." He said looking at a passing maid.
"Heartless? You're like the biggest softy I know."
Furrowing his eyebrows slightly he was about to say something until Ebato now dressed in casual clothes sat down next to him.
"So, what are we talking about?" She asked smiling at the sour faced Matsuri.
"Just about a certain redhead who can't read the mood." She said passive aggressively.
"Is that so?" She looked at her with a dark smile.
"Yeah."
Sitting at the side, Jun wondered how it came to be that these two didn't get along.
Due to his intelligence being one of the highest in the world he skipped out entirely on middle school and opted to travel the world with the Yamato in his hands. One of the times he came back was when he 15. On that day he decided that he wanted to experience the so called morning rush and ended up taking a packed train through the city. Unsurprisingly he hated it, just as he was preparing to get off he caught sight of some salary man massaging some red haired girl's ass and slowly taking it further. The first thing that he thought when he saw this was just how accurate hentai depicted Japanese train molestation. Then he wondered if train molesters were born from watching people do it in hentai, or if hentai catered to that type of audience due to it happening in real life?
Whatever the answer was didn't really matter as he didn't want to get involved with the other party. Unfortunately for him, the girl looked at him with tears welling up in her eyes and silently begged him for help. Feeling that it would be awkward to just break eye contact with her, he ended up positioning himself between the redhead and the train molester.
A couple of stops later the two got off the train. Still shaken up by the whole experience the girl started crying and shivering. The people around them gave him strange looks and some of them started whispering about how he could hurt such a young girl. Feeling embarrassed by the situation he grabbed her hand and pulled her out of the station. After getting her to calm down, he found out that she was actually on her way to her high school entrance exams. Seeing that she was in no condition to take any type of test, he brought her to the cafe and ordered her some herbal tea to calm her nerves. Then after talking a small bit, he learnt what school she was taking her test at.
Pulling some strings, he managed to delay the start of the test and get Ebato there in time to take the test. Seeing that she was still nervous after what happened, he promised that he'd be waiting for her once she was done. And true to his word he waited until she and everybody else had finished the examination before taking her home.
After that incident, the two grew closer and became friends. All was well until Matsuri came into the mix and Ebato started to feel threatened by the way the two interacted.
---
While the two girls were arguing, Jun was busy playing a game on his phone and ignored what was happening in his vicinity.
"JUN!!"
"Huh?" Looking up from his phone he saw both girls looking at him with questionable looks on their faces.
"What?"
"We're you even listening?" Ebato's eye twitched slightly.
"Not really." He shrugged and put his phone away.
"So, what'd I miss?"
"I swear you... *Sigh* forget it." She paused mid way and just gave up.
"...Suit yourself. Anyway, since you're both here I got something to tell you." He grinned.
"Is it about another fight?" Matsuri asked curiously.
"Nope." He shook his head.
"A new cake shop!" Her eyes shone with stars.
'Why would she even think that?'
"Sorry to disappoint you but no." He said crushing her enthusiasm.
"Then.... You've gotten a girlfriend!!"
As soon as she said that the entire room fell silent as an unnatural chill blew into the cafe.
"Having a girlfriend is too troublesome." He instantly denied when he saw the glint in Ebato's eye.
"*Phew* You had me worried for a second." Matsuri giggled.
"So what is it you have to tell us?" Ebato cut in.
"Oh, I'm leaving Tokyo."
