After having meal with Midnight and Thirteen in the cafeteria, Ichika went straight to the restroom. While relieving himself, he met up with Endeavor who just arrived.

"Oh, it's been a while, Endeavor!"

"Tch! Falcon!" he became annoyed, seeing him.

He took the same business then Ichika tried to speak with him again.

"How was it? Becoming the No.1 Hero?"

...

Endeavor was silent for a moment then he responded.

"I can't accept it."

"Huh?"

"It's like the first spot was given to me out of pity. I might become no. 1 Hero in the poll but everyone still think it's All Might."

Ichika sighed then he went to wash his hands.

"My father is already retired. Please give him a break. The no. 1 spot is good as yours because of your effort. How much more worse injuries does he have to receive before they realize, he's not here anymore."

"Hm?"

While Ichika wiped his hand with his handkerchief,

"A war is gonna broke out soon between Heroes and Villains. We have to give All Might enough rest before that happens and I need your help, Endeavor."

Endeavor frowned,

"I heard about the League of Villains you fought on USJ incident and you defeated them easily. Are they really that formidable?"

"Yeah, and the worst hasn't come yet. Also, I found someone interesting that joined the League of Villains recently and he might be related to you whom you lost a long time ago."

"What do you mean by that?!"

*Poof!*

Ichika turned into a small child then he smiled at Endeavor.

"You're son, Todoroki Touya... he is still alive and he will comeback to haunt you out of revenge."

"That's... That's impossible! He died--"

"You only found a piece of his jaw, not his whole corpse. Its up to you if you don't believe me. I am Captain Falcon after all."

"Ugh..."

No one beats Captain Falcon when it comes to information gathering and all information he gets highly accurate than the hero network of the Commission.

Endeavor looks shock.

"I think he's planning to take you down using his relationship with you as his father and that will be your fall and the pro heroes." Ichika left the restroom.

When returned back to the stadium for the next event, he saw girls from Class 1-A aligned together while wearing cheerleader outfit.

"Huh? Didn't I already warn her? Still... How did she got trick?"

They have pale faces and Momo furiously yelled at their classmates.

She fell on her knees then she noticed Ichika staring at her with squinted eyes.

"No, I can't look at him! He will think that I'm an idiot after his warning!" she became embarrassed.

Kyouka was also very embarrassed and she threw away her cheerleading pom.

Toru didn't mind it and she seems to be fired up with the cheerleading. She turned towards the class 1-S and she found Ichika in his child form.

"Kyaah! Ichika-kun is so cute!"

She quickly ran towards him.

"Hey..."

She grabbed his right hand and his ability nullified her invisibility.

*Peeeeeww!*

"What do you think, Ichika-kun? Does it suit me?"

Toru revealed her herself in cheerleader outfit without her invisibility, showing her beautiful appearance.

"It looks good on you."

She grabbed him from behind and hugged him tightly as she lifts him up.

"Kyaaaaaah! You're so cute!*

"Hey!"

"Hehehe..."

Midnight climbed up to the platform and revealed the final event of the sports festival. It was the Battle Tournament.

Before Midnight can commence the drawing to determine the pairing for the tournament event, both Roboco and Himiko raised their hands and requested withdrawal from the event.

"This is such a rare opportunity. What's the reason?"

"It's too hot outside."

*I don't want to fight Father.*

Hearing their reasons, Midnight didn't accept their withdrawal and she continued with the event, showing the pairings for the tournament.

Ichika's first opponent was Himiko in the bracket.

The Sports Festival has recreational activities before the tournament event. The recreational activities end and the tournament event begins.

Before Izuku stepped out for her match, All Might went to see her, who said that she had gained control of One For All, but Izuku denied it, saying that she can only increase his strength by a minuscule amount. All Might replied that she's hardly below five on a scale of one to a hundred, which saddened Izuku. All Might told Izuku not to frown and encouraged her to smile when she's full of anxiety and fear, saying that he is always watching Izuku.

Izuku met up with Ichika and he smiled at her, saying good luck. Her opponent will be Shinso Hitoshi from Ichika's class and Ichika warned her with his brainwashing quirk and told her how it works. Ichika told her a strong bump could break the spell and Izuku scolded him that telling secret of his friends is bad. Ichika laughed it off, saying that Shinso should expect that everyone knows his quirk and how they deal with it. Shinso has to come up something on his own or else, there will be no improvement. He has to adapt if he wants to be a hero.

The first match of the first between Izuku Midoriya and Hitoshi Shinso begins. Hitoshi called her friend Ichika a bastard for revealing his quirk and Izuku just smiled at him without responding.

Hitoshi felt like he was in pinch then he tried to get Izuku to talk to him again by taunting, but Izuku remains silent, knowing that answering Hitoshi will result in her being brainwashed. Hitoshi said that he was born with a Quirk unfit for combat and unwanted by society, telling Izuku that a combat Quirk user like her will never understand how he feels. However, while running towards Hitoshi, Izuku understood his situation as she herself was in a similar situation before he received One For All.

Izuku reached Hitoshi and began pushing him out of the ring, but Hitoshi retaliated by hitting Izuku on her back.

"Uuuuuu..."

Despite this, Izuku continued to push Hitoshi out of the ring. Hitoshi tried to grab Izuku on the neck but his hand touched on something very soft.

"Huh?"

Izuku noticed Hitoshi groping her chest then she countered by grabbing Hitoshi's arm and then throws Hitoshi over her shoulder, slamming Hitoshi hard into the ground and in the process.

"Kyaah!"

*Bam!*

"Ugh! Argh."

Hitoshi's feet to went out of bounds, which ends the battle. Izuku is declared the winner and advances to the second round.

Lying on the ground defeated, Hitoshi mumbled.

"That bastard!"

"As his childhood friend, I would like to apologize."

"That guy definitely pissed me off!"

Izuku helped him stood up.

"Kacchan felt the same."

"He's annoying but thanks to him, I was able to join the Heroic Department. I was supposed to be in the General Department when he decided to take me to this new class created just for him. He has my gratitude for giving this opportunity and I will do everything in my effort to be great hero someday."

Hitoshi left the ring and waved his hand.

"Don't lose pitifully, Midoriya!"
