In the burning Misaki Town, where buildings were engulfed in flames and the entire town had become a blazing inferno, Ciel raced forward at a speed like the wind along a street, exclaiming in shock to Fang Li beside her.

"Isn't that True Ancestor still injured?"

As she spoke, Ciel casually threw a sword-like nail in front of her, piercing several roaring Dead Apostles that were charging at her, sending them flying and pinning them dead to the ground.

Meanwhile, Fang Li followed leisurely beside Ciel, his figure resembling a stream of light, barely touching the ground as he charged forward. Without so much as a glance at Ciel, he calmly replied.

"Actually, Arcueid's injuries haven't fully healed yet. She's still in a weakened state, and her strength hasn't been restored to even half of what it was," Fang Li said. "But even so, Arcueid is stronger now than she was before she came to this city. At the very least, she's not any weaker than she was back then."

Half of his body seemed to have been blown off, leaving him a bloody mess.

Blood continued to drip down from his body.

With Roa in her grip, Arcueid's gaze remained filled with terrifying pressure as she whispered coldly.

"Die..."

Like a declaration before striking, Arcueid wasted no more words with Roa. She raised her hand once more.

At that moment, Roa suddenly lifted his head.

"Chii...!"

A knife appeared in his hand, seemingly out of nowhere. With a sharp cutting sound, Roa swung it at Arcueid.
