29. Kidnapped...?

After a shower and some fresh clothes we could finally get a good look at Konan, pale skin which was slightly sunken in from lack of food, bluish hair and then her butterscotch eyes always following me.

Right now she was sitting at the table eating some beef stew we had whipped together. The medical scan in the lab didn't show any problem except she was malnourished.

I did a quick scan of her body and got.

Wood?

Well if I think about it then she does only use paper to attack, and paper is pretty much just wood in a different form. So I guess that's logical. That dumb ass Jiraiya probably had no idea she had wood style.

"Well Konan we are going to make sure you are nice and healthy. Then if you want you can start training with us okay? We train everyday, so you are more than welcome to watch. Other than that you can do whatever you want to do." I had closed the portal to the dungeon area as it had spawned monsters and didn't want her getting hurt. I also closed the graveyard area off as there were lots of poison plants there she could hurt herself with.

Oh speaking of plants my little orchard was going along well, I had hundreds of medium sized berry trees growing as I made sure to plant a couple of berry rows anytime I got some free time.

I was quite excited about that.

Anyway for the next couple of days we didn't do much but some light exercises so I could get used to my body and make sure Konan was recovering properly.

After about 4 days of waiting I felt a kind of tap on my matrix.

Turning into my ghost body and making sure I was invisible I followed the pull and arrived near a run down house.

There was a kid with bright red hair sitting there. It was exactly who I was looking for Nagato Uzumaki.

I knew Stella was also near me as I could feel her with my bond.

I moved closer to Nagato before reaching out and in an instant pulled him into my internal world. Once he vanished a bunch of white spores fell off of his body onto the ground.

I made sure to only bring Nagato in and not his little tag along Zetsu.

Needless to say Nagato was shocked when he found himself in a completely new area.

He was even more shocked when I popped into view in my fire/fighting body.

"Hello there."

I had the matrix scan his body once I touched him.

[Lightning Chakra Unlocked.]

[Uzumaki Bloodline Unlocked.]

[Senju Bloodline Unlocked.]

[Uchiha Bloodline Unlocked.]

[Combination Bloodline Ability Rinnegan Unlocked.]

Well that was more than I expected honestly. i was expecting the 3 elements and the Uzumaki Bloodline. Not the other two.

The Rinnegan in his eye sockets makes the wielder have affinity for all elements of chakra, however you have to have both the Senju and Uchiha bloodlines to unlock it.

Those eyes in his skull don't even belong to him, they belong to Madara Uchiha who transplanted his eyes in the boy as a child so they could adjust to his soul.

However transplanted eyes in this world have a nasty side effect. They suck out chakra at an alarming rate and cannot be deactivated if not transplanted into a person who possesses the same bloodline, well at least that applies to the Sharingan which is the base form of the Rinnegan.

If Nagato didn't have the Uzumaki bloodline which gives him a stronger life force and more chakra he would have been drained to death.

Also I did not expect to get the Rinnegan, I expected to have to go through the stages to unlock the eyes.

I feel a tug on my sleeve and see Stella looking at me. "You lied. That is a girl." she says.

My brain short circuits. I didn't make that change.

I turn towards the child in front of me who is cowering a bit.

"What is your name?" I ask the little red head. I could catch glimpses of purple from under the bangs of red.

"N-nagato." A soft voice says.

"Are you a boy or a girl?" I ask the next question.

"I-I'm a girl." The now she says.

That wasn't something I did.

"I see, well this makes things easier then i guess. Do you have any family?" I ask the little girl.

"No...they died..." She says meekly.

"So you have been living alone? Well how about I give you a new family? You can come and live with me.." I start to give the same speech, she isnt in as bad of shape as Konan. But she is still a bit malnourished and those eyes aren't doing her any favors. However I dont have the skills to remove them or transplant new ones.

I was just going to keep the original Nagato here and when I could transplant his eyes then let him go. Making sure he was fed and everything even teaching him. Those eyes were nothing but a calamity and I wanted to prevent them from causing me trouble.

"So...I can really live with you? I promise I'll work hard and protect you!" She asks hopefully. She had been incredibly lonely living by herself, if she hadn't found food every so often she probably would have starved.

This is indeed a bonus gain in my books.

I take out a Luxury ball and hold it up for her explaining it. She quickly presses the button and I feel the bond connect.

Luckily I can establish a deeper bond by giving my matrix mark. However I don't plan to do that anytime soon, wouldn't want her getting snatched up by Zetsu or the eyes stolen. That would put some serious dents in my plans I wasn't anywhere prepared for.
