Clattanoia... what the hell are you trying to do? Our mission is to capture the girl, why are you helping them escape?! Moreover, Clattanoia's portals are random, so It will take me an eternity to know where she is. I'll have to search this whole world that I'm not familiar with.

"I, Euclius von Peroroncino, challenge you to a duel!"

This guy with the purple hair... He seems to be a Dragonchain Knight based on his coat and uniform. But why is he helping them escape? Aren't we supposed to be allies? And a duel? I don't have any time for that! I need to find Clattanoia as soon as possible!

As If granting my prayers by a mysterious goddess... A purple portal suddenly opened up behind this guy, Euclius. I focused my gaze on It and because of that, Euclius also turned his head only for It to turn red.

"Oi, Clattanoia. Your portals are still random, right? So where are we now?"

"I don't know either. Maybe we should ask someone-"

Clattanoia and that guy, from what I can remember, Hinata are now shouting left and right. I don't remember Clattanoia being someone who shouts that often, must be the influence of that guy.

The moment Euclius saw the both of them, he let down the guard on his sword, got you! I used his shoulder to climb past him, using it as a stepping stone. You let down your guard, Euclius von Peroroncino.

Once I got past him, the only thing left to do... is to take the girl! The randomness of your portal backfired on you, Clattanoia! While the two of them are still arguing about what just transpired, I'll sneak up on them and grab the little girl! With my stealth skills, I can do a simple thing like that.

With that, I used a little bit of my strength and completely got away from his grasp. Clattanoia is just 5 meters away from me and both Euclius and I still haven't made any noise, I can still sneak behind them!

"Euclius! What are you saying?! I only have enough mana to make one more portal! If I transport you, there's no way I can get you and Clutter back!"

That's right! Think clearly, Euclius von Peroroncino! You're just drunk from the adrenaline rush right now! Plus, I'm wounded! If we got transported to a deserted place, no way I'll make It out alive!

"Clattanoia! This is a city! If we clash here, people will see us! There's no person around right now, but sooner or later It'll come! Also, If you transport us, you and Hinata can get away much better!"

They can get away from me, yes! But there's a much more looming threat behind them! I'm just the tip of the iceberg! The Cohesion Army will arrive here sooner or later! Don't he know that!?

"Clattanoia, don't do It! I don't know why you're siding with them! But at the end of the day, I'm still your brother! Can you do that to me?!"

There's no way Clattanoia would do something like that to me. She's my sweet little sister, someone who follows me around all the time. She's not someone that would transport me to somewhere not even I know!

Clattanoia seems so conflicted now. She looks left and right, between me and Euclius. I need to push her further!

"Also, even If you transport both of us! You know It yourself, you won't be completely safe!"

Now that I said those words, she finally closed her eyes, clenching her teeth and grasping her knuckles... What is she gonna do? Don't tell me...

What?! She once again, like what she did earlier, inhaled a huge amount of breath and prepared to make a notebook. She's actually going to transport me?!

At the very least, I can use my speed to make a portal while running, snatch that girl alongside Hinata or whoever he is, and enter the portal! That way, I don't need to harm Clattanoia or get transported to a random place!

Once I already prepared to run towards them, I felt It again... The pain as If trying to tear apart my shoulder. The sword that Euclius just mindlessly threw to me ended up being the deciding point! I can't run...

Clattanoia's notebook is ready! My worst fears finally occurred. Before I knew It, I already got swallowed by a portal... with a man, I know nothing of... at a place I know nothing of... This is the worst...

Darkness... complete darkness... All I see is darkness. I've been inside multiple portals now but this is the first time I've felt fear being inside one. Knowing that I don't know where I'll go... is probably the main reason.
