A Determined Knight
His name was Simon.
A knight with a commoner background. His parents could hardly afford to send him to apprentice but when Commander Lothian established a new knighthood and became the commander, he was able to get in for cheap. His dream of becoming a knight was finally put into fruition.
Through his time there, he faced each challenge with gusto and became knighted after the two-year monster war. He was only a couple of years older than Henry and he had his eyes set on a shopkeeper's daughter in Central Hydrogia.
Whenever he went into Hydrogia –and he did find every excuse to do just that– Simon found his way to the shop and browsed the shelves even though his heart was set on a person and not anything that could be found on the shelves.
