"I am sorry.. sorry that I came late," Brick cried whole heartedly.
Sobbing and sniffing, he pressed his lips to cry silently so as to not let her realize that he was crying as she was still staring up at the ceiling.
"I left the will to live, many years early". Her calm voice sounded serene.
Brick shook his head in distress as he once again laid his forehead over his clutched fist on her palm.
