Chapter 80 Is the CN Author's note.
CN Author's note:
'Wanted to eat Ice Popsicles' writing hadn't even reached half when it was released on the middle road. The current state of online literature is somewhat worn out, and fanworks are declining. This is truly the autumn of perilous survival...
The above is all nonsense.
Um... let's not talk about Three Rivers, but sincerely thank the readers who have been following until now.
And then, perfunctorily, thank the editor Penglai.
I'll genuinely thank him when he recommends me. Haha~
The main point is, it will be released tomorrow at noon.
So, the next chapter will probably be posted around 12:05 or 12:10 tomorrow noon.
I hope everyone continues to support.
Repeating once again, it will be released tomorrow at noon.
The theme of this book is our false protagonist, Adrian(Zhang Daye), along with the real protagonist, Tom, summoning various characters to live together in the world of pirates.
There won't be too many summoned characters because I'm worried I won't be able to handle it.
I'm striving to shape the personality and image of each character well. Even for supporting roles and villains, I hope they act according to their own logic and emotions. Of course, those extras who appear for a moment and then vanish aren't included.
And as you've seen, the style is mainly light-hearted and joyful, including some daily life scenes.
The pace is relatively slow because while writing the previous book, I had some plot points that were too arbitrary, too abrupt. Many things weren't explained clearly, lacked foreshadowing. This time, I've learned my lesson and plan to write with more detail and depth.
Some readers might wonder about what happens to the original world's relatives and friends of the summoned characters. You can think of it as the original world continuing to function as needed, or you can consider it as time being paused. Towards the end of the story, they might be able to move between the two worlds as they wish, or perhaps they themselves were awakened as protagonists from the story. These are the considerations of multi-world themes.
But I never intended to write in the style of multi-world themes. It's better to downplay this issue with summoning-type stories. If someone really wants to read about the original world's stories, I could write a side story for each summoned character after I finish the main story?
The timeline of One Piece in this book is referenced from multiple content creators on tvmao.com videos and columns. Here, I should actually thank these UPs who enjoy providing references, making it much easier for us to find information while writing.
Of course, the timing of certain events might be adjusted for the sake of the plot.
Lastly, similar to what I said before the release of this book:
I'm an author who transitioned from being a reader. I like stories that are a bit more light-hearted and joyful, not ones filled with deep grudges.
If the words I type out, line by line, page by page, can make you genuinely laugh from the heart, that would be great.
