|3rd POV|
Ferrego looks at the letter in front of him and sighs. He knows that the Seven Kingdoms will rebuild their army to attack the Solaris Kingdom sooner or later. The news of them wanting to borrow more money from the Iron Bank had already reached his ear, and he needed to inform Viserys about it.
He is someone who loves war. Not because he loves the bloodshed but rather because it increases the money in his vault.
However, it becomes a problem when their target is the Solaris Kingdom. He doesn't care if the Seven Kingdoms want to go to war as long as their target is not the Solaris Kingdom. It is bad for business, especially when the entire House of Black and White is backing them from the shadows.
There is nothing more terrifying than an entire house of assassins becoming your enemies.
Ferrego releases another sigh and starts to write a letter for the Young Dragon. While writing the letter, he thinks of Viseyrs' accomplishments in mainland Essos. He hears how Viserys makes a name for himself by defeating a rather large horde of Dothraki. He also heard how he built a wall overnight and even created a farm that could produce a lot of food in a month.
He stops writing and wonders if Viserys is willing to sell whatever it was that let them produce that amount of food. Braavos do not lack food from all the trade coming, but it is better if they can produce some food from the land instead of depending on the sea.
Their land is rocky, which makes farming harder. That is why trees are rarely found in the city, and they need to get them from outside of the city.
Ferrego shakes his head and continues to write his letter. He promises to be the eyes of the Young Dragon and plans to keep it. He doesn't want one of the Faceless Men knocking on his door.

Viserys reads the letter in his hands and releases a sigh. Truthfully, he already knows about Westeros preparing for war once again from one of the Faceless Men, but he appreciates that Ferrego contacts him about it and tells him the Iron Bank will give them the money they want.
While the Iron Bank fears the House of Black and White, they know the assassin's guild cannot do anything about the transaction that is happening between Iron Bank and its client. The Faceless Men give them an oath, and they are known to always keep their oaths.
That is why the Faceless Men cannot help him in this situation. However, that doesn't mean they cannot help in other ways. They can sabotage the ships the Iron Throne builds and make sure they never reach Solaris.
However, he needs to prepare for that to happen first.
"Jaqen."
Viserys say to a seemingly empty room, and a second later, a young man appears from the corner of the room. He gives me a bow and says.
"What can the man do for you, my lord?"
"Can you go to Westeros and watch over them for me? When they are ready to attack Solaris, I want you to give gifts to the people that are important enough for them to delay the expedition."
Jaqen smiles and says.
"We obey your command."
He walks out of his office, leaving Viserys thinking about the future. The future is full of war. He might not like war, but needs to prepare for war because of his neighbor and the people ruling that place.
Not only that, he knows that the fight against the Seven Kingdoms will be hard. They are the people who grow through martial education instead of trade, like many people from Essos. If they manage to land at Stellaris or any island in the Solaris Kingdom, they will have a very hard fight against the Westerosi.
Viserys wonders if he needs to create another big project. A massive sea wall will be great. It will protect them from the wave of pirates that try to enter Solaris and ensure they have some people on the wall to patrol the area and inform the others in case of an attack.
Once again, it comes to human resources. As much as it pains him, more than the population of Solaris is needed to fill all the positions as a guard. It looks like he needs to do another wave of mandatory military service and tell the new citizens of Solaris to take the military service.
Three years of military service will do. If they want to stay, it is better, but if they want to return to their old job, they will get a bonus for the completion of their service. When an invasion happens, he can call them to fight, and they will have at least experience of how to handle weapons.
Next is a siege weapon that he can put on the tower. Mangonel is a good example. It is a smaller version of a trebuchet that is placed on a tower. The other one is ballista. Viserys once saw a ballista in the show Game of Thrones in his past life and knew they could make it.
He only needs to ask for someone who can make it for him. After thinking for a few seconds, he decided to write a letter to Ferrego. First, he writes a thank you note, and then he writes a question regarding an engineer in Braavos who can make him the siege engine he needs.
After a couple of minutes, he nodded and folded the letter. He takes the letter to the Ravenry and asks the handler to send the letter to Braavos.
He walks back to his office and sees Melisandre standing in front of his office. When she sees him, she smiles and says,
"My lord, I bring you the report from Gurlian."
"Put them on my table for now. I need you to come with me."
"Of course, my lord."
She puts the stack of letters on the table and follows him out of the castle.
"Where are we going, my lord?"
"We will go to the dock. I need to see the environment for my next project."
"Oh? What is it?"
Viserys looks at her and say.
"I want to build a sea wall to prepare for the incoming war."
I look her right in the eyes and say.
"Westeros is coming and we need to fight them in the coming years."
