Back in the Kingdom:

Ryan was up and down; he doesn't know why but he feels bad for the pup. He has had restless nights and doesn't want anyone to know. He is starting to doubt his evil intentions with the pup.

"Papa, I don't want the child", he says to his father, they thought they were alone in the library but, little did they know that Lisa hired someone to spy on them, so everything they were saying was being reported back to Lisa

His father looks at his son, not shocked by his decision but he still couldn't believe it.

"Why?" he sighs and asks, everything is falling apart, and he doesn't know what to do. His son is stupid, he doesn't love his wife, his mate is not thinking about him but someone else's son and he is fine but hurt about that. He just wishes that his mate could give them a chance, this pretence is killing him, and he wants his mate.

"Papa, look. I know you feel bad for that pup because his father is you had an affair with his dad, but I don't. I don't even accept him as my mate, I reject him", the father looks at his son like he has grown two heads and then smile

"Sometimes you are really stupid my son. You are foolish, you took your father's side. Why are you thinking with your head and not your heart? You think Lisa will feel bad? Well, let her feel bad because you are not destined to be together. Don't force things because forced things are changed by destiny."

Ryan is listening to his father, but he just feels the need to tear him apart. He doesn't understand what is happening to him.

"Papa, I love Lisa"

"Since when?" asked the King

Ryan looks taken back and he scoffs, he doesn't know how to answer that.

"Papa that is not important"

"Well, son. Let us not talk about your stupidity and focus on the matter at hand. It is fine, if you don't want the child, I and your mum will look after it. Right now I want you to go and visit your brother"

Ryan fears his brother, his brother is calm, reserved, and kind. Although there is an age difference apart and Ryan is older, he still respects his brother.

"Well there is no need to visit me because I am here", says a warm voice with a chuckle

Brian is back, he walks to his family and hugs them

Ryan just felt distanced, he knows now that he is not related to this man that just hugged him and he feels like he should let the man know who is in charge.

"So brother I heard you got yourself a true mate and knocked him at the same time", the younger smiles at his brother, he feels like his brother is distant

"Yes, where is your wife? And where is the little rascal?" Ryan asks, trying to be the normal Ryan

Brian smiles and shakes his head

"You feel the distance, I can smell magic that has been used on you", Brian says straight forward, he doesn't sugar-coat.

"What do you mean son?"

"Papa, don't you think he is acting strange? Where is Lisa? I need to solve this myself, it's nice to be back and fight for my family", he says and ran out

"Papa don't mind him. I am still the same Ryan, your son", he doesn't want to make his old man worry.

Lisa:

I am forced to act like this, I need to convince him that we need to put the child up for adoption because we don't want him or anything to do with the wolf.

"Your Majesty, what brings you here? Did someone perhaps find out your evil plans on the king?" I look at the witch with a disgusting smirk on her face.

"Listen here Miranda, I need you to do something for me", I must not trust this witch, but I need her help

"This time I want you to do something for me. I want you to find a powerful witch and ask her to undo the spell on your husband. That spell went out wrong and your life is in danger", my eyes went wide.

I knew I shouldn't have trusted this witch. What to do now?

"Why my life? I said to make him do what I want"

"I made sure that I connected the spell to you. When the true mate gives birth, you will feel all his pain and will also be blind then everyone will know that it was your plan all along. This will be nice", I raise my hand to slap her, but she whispers something, and I can't move it anymore, it is stuck in the air.

This witch is clever

"Why would you do that?" I ask defeated, I paid her a lot of money, but she just stabbed me in the back

My Queen, your first mistake was making a deal with a witch and your second was trying to separate people who are meant to be together. Now you will die in pain. You have a month and two days to repent, find a powerful witch to undo the spell and you will die a peaceful death"

"You watch series, right?" I look at her with a stupid look and she rolls her eyes and places her hand on my forehead

"Yes, or no?" her nails pierce my forehead and I scream as a burning sensation starts all over my body

"Yes", I say out crying, I feel like my insides are burning in the sun

"Then perhaps you know The Originals? You see how that friend of Jackson the wolf dies because he betrayed a witch or something, I think you should also die like that", no!

"No, you can't do that. Please don't do that", I am now on my knees begging. I don't know that series, but I am sure that man died a painful death and I think it is a scary movie, I don't want to die like any victim in a scary movie.

"You will beg for your life and if there is someone strong there, then they can save you. Now leave me in peace, you are no longer allowed in here again. I will put a protection spell, leave!" With that, I fly out of her room into the woods
