The first was that in the Central Country, it was not easy to produce special food with high production costs and some high-quality food.
For example, some food could only be planted in foreign environments to have enough quality, so this food naturally needed to be imported.
Moreover, even if there were humans in the country, this kind of food was rare and of low quality. Naturally, it needed to be imported to fill the vacancy.
The second one was the food that needed to be imported, such as corn.
Most of the corn and soybeans that were imported to Central Country were not for eating, but for extracting oil. The rest of the oil residue could be used to produce various kinds of feed to meet the needs of the breeding industry.
Overall, with the efforts of the Central Country over the years, domestic food could actually be self-sufficient but divided into two results which were eating full and eating well.
