Chapter six:Training!!!

Alex woke up early in the morning and called out to Pichu and took out the magic stones which he had got from the goblins and gave one to Pichu.

Pichu took the stone and gobbled it up.Alex felt some kind of energy entering his body.It felt like his falna vessel was filling up.He decided not to tell anyone about this ,not even Thor should know this matter.

He then decided to train his body.He took hundred pushups, hundred sit-ups and ran 10 kilometres.He did all of this in the outskirts of the village.While he was resting he decided to examine his weapons.

Alex then equipped his gun.He then aimed it at a tree and pulled the trigger.Nothing happened.Alex then decided to imbue some magic and white carvings appeared on the gun.He then pulled the trigger and suddenly a white bullet shot out from the gun and hit the tree causing a small dent to appear on the tree's bark before it dissipated.He then decided to imbue more mana and forced more mana inside the gun and pulled the trigger.The bullet which emerged from the gun was much brighter and pierced through the tree and lodged itself at almost half of the entire diameter of the tree.

Alex wanted to see his magic and so he chanted 'Thundershock' and a wave of blue electricity burst out into the surroundings.The surrounding trees were a little charred.Alex felt that only a quarter of his mana reserves were remaining.He decided to use charge and chanted the spell.He then rushed forward with a burst of speed and lightening.He was like a blur of blue while he used the spell.He observed that he travelled a distance of one metre from his previous position.Alex had only used a little bit of mana and he knew he could travel longer distance but didn't use it since his mana was almost depleted.

Alex then took out his katana and observed it.It had a black hilt with a circular guard and a single edged blade .The hilt was large enough to only be held by a single hand.It had a length about 60 cms.It was rather ordinary when it was compared to the Desert eagle.But it will do for now.

He then looked at Pichu who was now chasing a butterfly.He motioned Pichu to come towards him and he asked whether Pichu could do any electric moves.But it seemed that Pichu could only use one move which was thunder shock.

Alex felt that Pichu may get new moves if he kept on feeding magic stones.But when he tried to give it one more stone ,but Pichu refused.He didn't think about it that much and thought that he could try giving some other magic stones of higher monsters later.He then asked Pichu to use thunder shock.Pichu used thunder shock but it was not as powerful as his magic.He also observed that Pichu's attacks were yellow in colour as opposed to his blue electricity.Alex guessed that the colour of his attacks had something to do with Thor's blessing.

Anyways he was tired after practising magic as he was currently on fumes.He decided to start conquering the goblin settlement tomorrow onwards.He had two days for annihilating the settlement .He also had to gain as much excelia as he can before going to Orario.

Alex went to the village and went to the shop in the village.He decided to buy some clothes and choose a simple black shirt and white pants.He also picked out a simple belt to attach his gun holster.He sold two of the magic stones he had got and he got 1000 valis of which he paid 500 valis for the clothes.He did not sell the wolf pelt as it was of sentimental value to him.He decided to make the pelt into a coat when he arrived in Orario.

He went to the pub and ate a simple meal and dragged Thor out of the pub to update his falna.

Thor followed him albeit a little reluctantly but was surprised when he saw Alex's status.

He handed Alex his status sheet.

Alex also looked a little surprised when he saw his status.

Alex was flabbergasted while looking at his stats.He felt an increase in his parameters when he was training and when Pichu ate a magic stone.He felt that the credit of increasing his status went mainly due to Pichu's actions.Hell yeah he got his own leveling up cheat ,Alex thought in his mind.

Meanwhile.....

(POV change to Thor)

The kid is a monster all right ,Thor thought to himself.

Thor felt quite proud that his first member was a talented person and wanted to show his sister that he got an awesome member.His first member also bore with his farts.Thor felt his eyes getting wet.Because of Loki's pranks in heaven he farted whenever he drank beer.He was going to extort as much as he can from Loki for his revenge and now he had a perfect reason.Thor suddenly felt much happier thinking of what all he could get from Loki.He smiled creepily.Still Thor felt quite happy when he got Alex as his member.Thor promised himself he would do his best to help Alex.

Somewhere in Orario,Loki suddenly got chills. "Is this a warning about my brother coming to Orario.Surely not" Loki thought to herself.

(POW change back to Alex)

Alex was surprised when he saw the tears in Thor's eyes.Then he suddenly saw Thor smiling creepily.Alex then felt totally creeped out.He hurriedly left Thor in the room and went his room to sleep.Thor felt that that he was somehow misunderstood.

While he was lying in bed ,he called out to Pichu and hugged Pichu and said that Pichu was awesome.Pichu showed a smug expression on his face.Suddenly Alex decided to pinch Pichu's cheeks and pinched Pichu's cheeks a little bit forcefully.Pichu had a very ticked of expression and shouted "Pichuuuuuuuu" and electrocuted Alex using electroshock.Alex for the very first time learned how Ash felt when he got hit with electricity.The experience was quite shocking.

Alex learnt his lesson not to pinch Pichu.He asked Pichu for his forgiveness and so Pichu demanded some berries .Alex gave Pichu the berries and Pichu gobbled it up.Alex then asked whether Pichu wanted to come closer when he was sleeping.Pichu then moved towards Alex and snuggled deep into Alex's chest and went to sleep.

"Goodnight Pichu"said Alex before sleeping.

Alex woke up early in the morning and did his daily exercises. He then left a note for Thor to say that he would be killing some monsters in the forest.

He quickly dressed and equipped his weapons.He strapped the katana to his back and holstered his gun on his right side of his pants.He put on his enchanted eyepatch on his left eye and left for the forest.

"Time for some goblin slayin."said Alex before entering the forest.
