Testing the electricity quirk

Scott layed on his bed and pulled out his phone to check if what happened at the café was on the news.

"People in this normal cafe was being robbed by a robber when a guy hit him on the back of his head to save the day afterwards the criminal said that his quirk was gone, we will keep you updated" said the reporter.

Scott couldn't sleep as he still felt the electricity of his quirk flowing through his body waiting to be discharged. Scott reluctantly wanted to let go of some of this energy to sleep and just made a small taser between his finger tips to waste his energy. Scott thought about what he wanted to do tomorrow and thought he should try to apply for a hero academy while there is still time. Scott only had a week to prepare for this academy exam and drifted on to bed. In the morning he got called by Beau. "Hey, was wondering how you were doing and thought that you might want some practice over your new quirk come over to the construction site at ... at 12 okay?" excitedly said.

"Sure" replied Scott.

Scott made himself some cereal and watched some random YouTube videos until it was time to go.

Scott made his way over to the construction site thinking the area that this place was in was quite run down anyway he met up with Beau.

"What you got right now is an electricity power of course I will help you with that but also your true power" said Beau

"How are you going to help me with my actual quirk it's not like there is criminals with powers that pop up out of the blue" replied Scott

"First let me help you with your electricity ability then I will go over that issue" said Beau in a sas voice

"Alright" said scott

They spent the next hour training Scott's ability

"Hmm that lighting ability is not really great for emitting it out by generating the electricity is quite good I think this is because unless that gy has really good control over his power I think that he had 2 powers one for generating and one for emitting his power" Concluded Beau.

They spent the next hour of how it could be used on his body for example like a taser or making his fist covered in electricity of course the larger the area the less voltage there was.
