Chapter 34: Infiltration

A dark room, in that room a small cage. A bird cage just big enough to fit a human. Inside that cage, a girl.

A beautiful girl, long blonde hair, circular glasses, and bright purple eyes. This girl was Arias. She woke up, to notice that she was completely naked.

When she realized that, she tried finding a blanket, but none could be found, so she covered herself up with her arms as best as she could. Her mind completely ripped of any thoughts, she sat in the cage, alone.

"Let's go" Ford proceeded to say. Ford's group would all make their way to the castle, Rayn still with them. Ford had no idea what he was planning, but it couldn't be anything good, so he kept a close eye on him while pretending not to remember him.

After about 5 minutes of walking, the group arrived at the front gate of the castle, only to be stopped by a guard. "Stop right there!" The guard said, while holding out his hand signifying not to move.

"You there!" The guard proceeded to point at Ford. Upon noticing that, he looked up and held his hands in the air. "Yes sir?" He proceeded to say, while still holding his hands in the air.

"State your business for being here!" The guard asked. Ford would let out a quiet sigh, before responding with "My name is Ford Reski, I am a knight in Crowlan. I wish to speak to King William".

"The king is not accepting visitors right now" the guard said. Just as Ford was about to respond, he was interrupted by a familiar voice "they're with me". Rayn, It was none other than Rayn who interrupted Ford. When the group heard that, they all looked in shock.

Why was Rayn helping them? Ford wouldn't find that out until later. The guard suddenly changed his mood, and opened up the gate immediately "Forgive me, Lord Rayn. I had no idea" the guard said while welcoming the group into the castle.

Before walking into the castle, Ford would gesture to Rallden to come to him, before whispering in his ear "take care of Rayn when the time comes". Rallden would respond quietly with "of course". Ford nodded and walked into the castle, immediately greeted by a long hallway with a circular staircase at the end.

The group walked slowly to towards the circular staircase, and before walking up, Ford would inspect it for traps. The staircase, of course, wouldn't have any traps, but Ford couldn't take any chances.

When the inspection was finished, the group all walked up the circular staircase, only to be greeted by another long hallway, but this time, a door was at the end. "That must be it" Ford said, before making his way to the door. Before opening the door, he would say "Rallden, Now." Upon hearing that, Rallden quickly jumped in front of Rayn.

Rallden: "I'm afraid this is as far as you'll go, Rayn."

When Rayn heard that, he just smiled, and said "You knew? I suppose you leave me no choice then" just then, a massive hole was blown through a wall, leading to a balcony. Suddenly, Rayn then used what looked to be telekinesis to throw Rallden onto the balcony.

Rallden: "Ford! Go! I'll take care of this!"

When Ford heard that, he said "right!" and kicked open the door leading into Williams throne room. A massive throne room, with a huge chandelier right in the middle. At the end of that throne room, lie a throne, and on that throne, King William.

When Ford saw him, he couldn't help but be furious. "You bastard.. 5 years.. 5 years I've waited for this, and now.. I can finally kill you!" Suddenly, Ford charged at King William, divine light in hand.
