Chapter 13: Chaotic Battle

Ford and the Maid reported to the outside of the castle, where Ladis was waiting..

Ladis: "The gate's unlocked, try to avoid getting hurt."

Ford: "I'm sorry, but that is pretty much unavoidable."

Ladis sighed, and walked into the castle without responding to Ford.

Ford looked at the Maid, and said-

Ford: "Alright, you ready?!"

Maid: "I've been ready!"

Ford: "Let's go!"

Ford and the Maid ran into the forest, Ford with a sword, and the Maid with wind magic

The maid instantly shot wind magic into the forest, causing the hooded figures to fly back. That wasn't all though, reinforcements ended up coming.

Ford: "DIE YOU CHAOTIC PIECES OF SHIT!"

Ford yelled at the top of his lungs as he stabbed one of the hooded figures straight in the stomach, a smile on his face.

Ford had a murderous glint in his eyes, he was so set on revenge against these twisted individuals.

Suddenly, he saw the maid fly straight into a tree-

Ford: "CECILIA!"

The maid's name was Cecilia, he had found it out when having small talk with her one day.

Cecilia flew straight into a tree, and Ford was sure she'd die, and he'd have to reset again, but..

Cecilia: "For...d"

Cecilia was heavily injured as she called Ford's name.

Ford: "We have to take you to Arias and Rae!"

Ford tried to carry Cecilia over to the Castle, but the hooded figures wouldn't let that happen..

A gust of wind caused Ford to fly back. Thankfully, there wasn't a tree, so he survived-- Cecilia was still alive too, but she was barely clinging onto life.

Ford was certain he'd die, so he had braced for impact, but instead he hit the grass.

Ford: "I'm not dead yet!"

He got back up and charged at the hooded figure with his sword in hand.

He made it and decapitated the hooded figure. He thought he'd won, then, a gust of wind caused Ford to fly into a tree.

He survived, but was sustaining heavy injuries.

Just then, the master of the castle had arrived..

He had burned all the remaining hooded figures, then took Ford and Cecilia to Arias.

Arias came running-

Arias: "I knew this would happen!"

She and Rae would heal Ford and Cecilia..

1 hour later-

Ford woke up, laying in what looked to be a house.

Arias: "I didn't want you to do this.."

Ford looked up at Arias, and said-

Ford: "did we win?"

Arias didn't say anything, and instead would nod her head, as if to say "yes".

She was in tears.

Ford: "what's wrong?"

Arias: "I didn't want you to get hurt. I told you not to do this, but you didn't listen to me.."

Ford: "I saved you though, didn't I?"

Arias: "Why are you always hurting yourself whenever you're around me?"

Ford: "because you're spe--"

Arias: "STOP!"

Arias was pissed off at Ford, and snapped at him.

Well, She wouldn't really be pissed off, she was more so worried.

Arias: "I can't have you injuring yourself anymore! It was a mistake to let you stay at my castle..."

Ford realized what was going on, and quickly spoke up-

Ford: "Arias, wait-"

Arias didn't listen to Ford, and left-

Arias: "Goodbye, Ford"

She walked out of the house.

Ford looked outside, and realized he wasn't in the same town. He seemed to have been moved to a small village, and that's where he would stay for the time being...
