chapter 1: Humbling Beginnings…
In an old run down shack, there was two corpses-
One of a younger man- the other, a little girl
The young man was short, only about 5'6", brown skinned, probably Asian descent. he looked beat up, had bite marks all over- it's easy to see that he ran into a ton of strays.
The girl looked much younger than him, she looked similar to the young man- probably family. Contrary to the young man's condition- she was fairly untouched. If you didn't look closely you'dve never thought she was also dead. She looks to have been shot in the stomach. She had a book in her hands. And in the page opened it said…
The year is 2070, April 2nd. in the year 2045 there was an outbreak
Zombies- or whatever they used to call them
I- however was born in 2065
Yup, ripe old age of 15 right here-
Yea I don't know how I survived either…
But something happened, and it's changed everything
I was bit by a stray-
Be it my bad luck or my stupidity… I am only going to live to the- Ripe old age of 15…
This is probably the world's worst April fools prank I've ever felt.
I can't even comprehend what's happening to me, it feels hot and cold at the same time…

As I say say this a short girl with bright crimson hair starts running around the table with me in tow
And I am currently this manic girls pet…

Her name is Naomi, she lives a very carefree life. Always trying new things for the first time, jumping off beds, running trying to chase me, and honestly the scariest one- trying to fly. She tries to do stuff she reads in books all the time, Such as dropping me from the second floor to see if I actually fall on my feet all the time… I do, but it was scary to say the least.
We live in a pretty cozy home, from the outside it looked like any old shack in the middle of the woods. But once inside it was more like a mansion, lots of space, beautiful furniture, and the most surprising part a huge ass fridge that was filled to the brim with proper food…This was just something I couldn't even comprehend in my old life, but in this new one, it's normal…
Maybe this is some powerful beings sick joke, like "since you lived a hard life you shall forever watch someone live an easy one"
As I think this Naomi proceeded to drop me from the second story- it seems my hard life is with me yet- but as I am lamenting my situation in the air I get caught by someone
A young brunette haired man with nice smile and a quaint little stubble, this guy is Naomi's older brother Gio. He's always the one trying to correct Naomi's behavior. I don't know much else about him, just that he leaves the house fairly frequently. I have no idea what to make of it…
I never really thought of it but I don't really know what her parents look like. I've over heard Gio talking about how they're parents go on "business trips" or whatever they're called. I'd say if you leave your children anywhere you are exceedingly bad parents…
Bad parents aside, the house is pretty normal.
I really hope I don't regret saying this but…
I think I can live this new life to the fullest… Even if I am a dumbass Cat…
