Chapter 14

Ethan's POV

I was watching Netflix when my phone rang. I paused the show and answered the call. "Ethan, honey I think I forgot to bring a file, please check it should be in the study" Mum spoke. I responded with an 'okay' and quickly went downstairs into the study. There I saw a black file on top of bundles of paperwork. "Yes Mum it's here" I said.

She sighed in relief, "Honey could you come to the company to give it please, I don't think I could come and get it myself" she said. "Okay I'll be there as soon as possible" I said and hung up.

I went to my room and threw on whatever I could find first. I grabbed the keys and the file before locking the door. I reached the bus stop just in time as the bus arrived.

I got off the bus and entered the company building. I went to the reception area "Hey I'm here to see Amelia Taylor, can you tell me which floor her office is?" I asked the receptionist. She looked at me and asked for my ID and I showed it to her. She nodded "Her office is at the 6th floor" she said. I nodded and went towards the lift and pressed the button.

I know I could have just asked Mum which floor she worked but I forgot to bring my phone in the rush to get to the office. I got in the lift and pressed the 6th floor. I reached the floor and exited the lift. The company was so big, there were so many employees. I walked a little more and reached my mother's office. I knocked twice "Come in" she said.

I poked my head in she was typing frantically on the keyboard. Her office had a simple design. "Mum" I said and she looked up instantly. I walked towards her and gave her the file. She smiled gratefully "Thanks sweetie I thought you couldn't come since you weren't answering your phone" I looked at her sheepishly "I um forgot my phone at home" She just shook her head.

I left her office and started walking towards the lift. The interior of the building was very impressive. I was busy looking around that I didn't pay attention and bumped into someone. I was about to fall but the person caught me before I could fall.

My eyes met with a familiar green ones. I looked at him surprised. What was he doing here? He was dressed so elegantly in a suit. His hair was styled perfectly not a single strand out of place. I guess I was staring when he said "Kitten" making me snap out of my daze.

Damian's POV

I was on my round to check if everything was alright with the employees when a person bumped into me. I was about to tell the person off and to pay attention to the surroundings. When I saw it was Ethan, I quickly caught him before he could fall. He had his eyes shut tightly as if preparing himself for the fall.

When he realized I caught him, he opened his eyes and met mine. He was surprised to see it was me. I smirked when I saw him staring at me "Kitten" I said. He seemed to snap out of it and blushed. But what was he doing here?

"What were you doing here" I asked him. "I came here to give an important file to my mother" he said and I nodded. "Why are you here?" he asked.

"Come with me" I said grabbing his hand. I took him with me to my private elevator. I pressed my 11 which was my office floor.

We reached the floor and the elevator opened. I entered my office, him following after me. He was looking around my office. It was different from rest of the offices in the building. It was more spacious with sofas and other tables for meetings. It had an attached bathroom. It had another room with a bed and a closet.

My father wanted another room since I used to work a lot and didn't come home for nights in a row so he wanted me to be comfortable and sleep peacefully on the bed and had arranged the closet since I almost didn't come home.

I told him to sit and explained to him why I didn't say it before and why I was working as a teacher even though I'm the CEO. I told him I'm the CEO because I wanted everyone to know that Ethan is mine and aren't just rumors.

Ethan's POV

He had explained to me that he wanted to be a teacher but couldn't since he had to take over the company at a very young age. He had made the company successful at such a young age. He was managing the company's work as well as the teachers' together. I was so proud of him. He explained he couldn't reveal his identity to the ones he dated because of the rumors and I completely understand.

His office was different from that of my mother's. It was spacious and themed black and white with a bit of grey. The office had a fixed picture window, almost the size of the walls in the office. It gave the clear view of the surroundings. I walked to it, standing in front of the window.

I was looking through the window when he suddenly hugged me from the back. His hands wrapped around me, he started kissing my neck, he licked the same spot as the other making me moan. He swiftly turned me around, pressing my back onto the window. He connected our lips together. He kissed me hungrily and so did I, our tongue exploring every inch of my mouth.

The way he kisses me makes me feel things I've never felt before. I can feel the kiss to the very core. His hands slowly sliding under my shirt. I moaned when his hand brushed over my nipples, the sound coming out muffled because of the kiss. He smirked into the kiss, flicking it and teasing me. I moaned again, my face flushed as he teased me. "So sensitive Kitten" he said in a very low voice making me feel goosebumps.

He was about to say something when we heard someone knocking on the door. "Sir you have a meeting now" I heard a man on the other side say. Damian groaned muttering something along the lines of 'why now' making me giggle.

However he didn't want to go, I shook my head "Go you have to attend the meeting" I said pushing him a little. He sighed "Okay I'll send a driver to take you home" he stated. I was about to decline but he looked at me sternly so I gave up.

The driver arrived shortly and we reached the parking lot. He opened the door for me "It's okay you don't have to do this" I said. "Boss's orders" he replied making me shake my head.
