Chapter Eighty: In the meantime

"Can I help you?" A lady probably in her forties asked Haneul as soon as they entered the inn. By her looks, it seemed like she was the owner of the establishment. 

Nevertheless, Haneul was hoping that they could finally "Yes uh… Do you still have a room?"

Hearing this, the lady beamed as she clapped her hands once and exclaimed. "Why, of course! You are right on time, My Lady. It is the last room left."

It was like a weight has been lifted when Haneul heard the owner's response. She was starting to get worried because it was getting dark, and they still could not have some place to stay. True enough that she would sometimes sleep outside during her stay in the town of arasca. But she was not alone at that time. She was with a little girl. 

Haneul then nodded and presented Ari as she lifted her up with a smile. "Great! I'll get the room. And anyway, I have a little girl with me."
