Lúa?

"Mmm, let's see how A1 has progressed."

Selecting quadrant 342 in the navigation table, the environment changes around me. I find myself in front of a galaxy that has a strange shape reminiscent of a spider. As I zoom in with a wave of my hands, I observe a tiny but aged solar system. Despite the passage of time, the three suns and 8 planets still maintain their rotation, although I notice that the suns have expanded slightly. I remembered that this system had 9 planets, but it seems that one of them was eventually consumed by the solar trio.

As I zoom my vision towards planet A1, the vision expands showing me the surface of it. When I left it, it was a barren land, with dust, rocks and a few volcanoes, plus a lot of water. Now, the landscape is more lush: greenery covers what appeared to be a jungle, with giant, leafy trees.

My calculations suggest that, due to the time dilation between the domain and GalaTosla, coupled with the rotation of A1, about 10,000 years have elapsed since my last visit. While this time span may be considered relatively short compared to the millions of years the Earth required to reach its optimal state, in this case the mana variable comes into play, which explains these drastic changes in a more understandable way.

"Mmm there seem to be already intelligent civilizations on the other continents, they even made their own kingdoms. Will there be any guardian spirits among the kingdoms? Show me the location of the largest of A1's guardian spirits."

Among the various functions I discovered in the navigation table, the voice command is my favorite, although its effectiveness depends on the specificity of the command. At a certain point, I decided to employ it to locate life, but I experienced drawbacks, as the tablet became crazy and unpredictable, constantly altering its position and generating a dizzying succession of changes in the environment that practically dazzled me, leaving me blind for a few minutes.

It took me to what appeared to be a vast forest that spanned at least half a continent. Considering that the planet was divided into 6 continents, that is vegetation, in the center of that forest rose above all the trees this gigantic tree, with a length that exceeded 20 kilometers, with a resemblance to a shining white quartz crystal.

Its crystal clear trunk, adorned with sharp thorns resembling spears cut through the air as it soared majestically above the clouds. Emitting a formidable mana, I notice that the natural mana it exudes is that which nourishes the entire forest, no wonder the navigation board brought me here first.

"But which one of all will this spirit be? mmm, Sarasvi, prepare an avatar, I'm going to visit my creations."

[yes sir]

=========================================================

"Quick, don't lag behind!" a female voice shouted, panting, to her companion.

"I intend to!" she replied in a shrill voice.

Woosssh -Impact-

"ARGH!"

"IRV!" cried the female voice, full of fear.

"Go away Lua, don't come back for me!" the shrill voice replied.

"Did you see that? My arrow hit that stupid log in the leg. Hahahahaha. Damn Treants, they run pretty hard for trees, don't you think, Arfa?" An albino elf, decked out in camouflage gear and holding a crossbow in his left hand, emerged through the trees.

"Yes, yes, remember we have to capture them alive," replied his companion, who was likewise an elf, but his complexion was of a grayish hue with slight horns protruding from his head.

"And you're right. We capture the last one and leave right away. This damn forest gives me bad vibes." He still remembered his contractor's orders: capture the Treant duo to sell them as slaves on the black market in the Dark Petal city of the SpringFlower kingdom.

I won't leave you Irv, I'll save you" protecting the Treant with his body, Lua he took a battle stance.

"HAHAHA. the stupid log really thinks he can beat us" laughed the albino elf.

"don't be so confident, just because she's defenseless, doesn't mean she can't hurt you" replied his companion

"Why are you doing this, we haven't done anything!" shouted Lua to the hunting duo. Lua's life had been uneventful up to that point. He had been born into a noble family, which guaranteed him a childhood filled with luxury and a certain amount of power. Gifted from birth with a strong lineage, she had managed to stand out enough to apply to the prestigious Mage Academy in Winfnow, the capital of SpringFlower.

Together with his younger sister, Lua was on his way to the capital in the company of a small group of escorts to avoid any encounters with bandits along the way. However, they were surprised and attacked by this duo of hunters, who practically knocked out his bodyguards in less than 10 minutes, demonstrating their overwhelming superiority.

With no time to lose for the safety of his escorts, Lua grabbed his sister and, intoning an incantation that boosted her speed and agility, jumped out of the chariot in which they were traveling. They sped towards one of the entrances to the Silver Grove, a forest considered the most sacred and at the same time the most dangerous on the entire continent.

According to ancient legends, this forest was created by one of the four primal beings of the world, whose presence and power would reside at its heart. They are said to have been created and left in Novather by Drak'aroth, the infamous. Throughout history, multiple kingdoms ventured into their domain, but none managed to advance beyond the halfway point; all were driven out or met their deaths before reaching even that distance.

"We were paid for this, you know, so please be cooperative and don't make our job harder, okay?" The arrogant albino elf replied with a condescending tone,

"I'm not going to give up without a fight" Lua resolutely retorted. He quickly double cast, generating a barrier of wind as wooden spears sprang up around him.

"Hey, hey, hey, hey, that bastard didn't warn us that the girl might double cast!" In the middle of the action, the albino elf interrupted, surprised.

"Shut up, will you? That doesn't radically change our main objective." His partner reacted, trying to calm the situation.

They both knew they couldn't fail the mission. Treant slaves were valuable for their innate Arborea-creating abilities, serving as an inexhaustible source of wood, so they can avoid venturing into the silver Arbedal. And their employer had given them a considerable amount of Darpa coins.
