Simulation Test

Samuel was wearing yellow armor and held two swords in his hands. He was standing in a room full of mirrors.

"Are you ready?"

"Yes," answered Samuel. His two wings appeared on his body, then he floated into the air.

The room suddenly changed. Samuel was like floating in the sky. There were clouds below his feet, and there were gargoyles that were getting ready for attack.

Within a hall, the new exonns, association staff, and Tier 3s were watching a huge screen that was showing the simulation.

Harty flew toward Rhys. "Hey kid."

Rhys smiled and nodded his head.

The penguin noticed the rabbit. "Who is this?"

Fu smiled. "My name is Fufu. It's a name more popular than Terry."

Harty looked up and down at the rabbit. "Where did you get this kid?"

Fu looked furious."Who are you calling a kid?! Do you know who I am?!"

Rhys chuckled. "It was fate that we met."

Fu was satisfied with Rhys' answer, then he looked at the penguin with arrogance.

Harty shook his head and moved to the side of Rhys. A golden ball was formed and floated in the air. He sat on the ball as he also watched the screen. "Do you see that tan kid with a z-cut hairstyle? That is Egon, Argam's little brother. That talkative little girl with orange hair is Brielle, Valeria's cousin. She is from another region. I don't know why she is here, but I think she wants to cause trouble."

"Achoo!" Brielle sneezed, then she suspiciously looked around her.

"I think someone is talking bad about me," she whispered to the half-elf.

The half elf giggled when she heard Brielle.

"The half-elf girl on her side is Aria. They are the people that are worth your attention," said Harty.

The new exonns near Harty had an angry look on their faces when they heard him. They looked at Rhys with unkind eyes, causing him to have a helpless smile.

The simulation continued, then the last exonn from Mugwer City was called.

"Rhys Creed."

The exonns looked at Rhys as he walked to the simulation room. Words spread and got twisted. In summary, it was said that he was much better than them. Samuel smiled as he shook his head. Egon and Brielle looked at Rhys with burning eyes.

Argam chuckled. "What did you do?"

Harty shrugged. "Nothing. I just introduced some new exonns to him."

Argan shook his head. He did not believe the penguin.

"Are you interested in him?" asked a Tier 3 named Easton.

"Watch, and you will understand," said Argam with a smile.

The other Tier 3 became interested.

Rhys floated to the air as white armor appeared on his body and a light spear was forming in his hand.

Everyone was shocked, then most of the new exonns sneered, and Tier 3s looked strangely at Argam.

Brielle and Egon looked puzzled.

Three winged creatures with bird faces and red feathers appeared in the simulation. They were called Zuawk. They attacked with fireballs through their mouths.

Rhys was avoiding with ease or easily deflecting the fireballs, then he flew toward the Zuawk. He suddenly moved up to his side, and the winged creatures followed him.

Schwing! Rhys suddenly moved down and swung his spear. An energy blade cut all the Zuawk. The simulation ended.

Fu chuckled at the surprised look of everyone.

"Simple, fast, and efficient," thought the Tier 3s with amazement.

Easton opened his digital watch and looked at Rhys' profile."He practiced with spear in the real world for seven years and several years in the illusion. Six wings treasure. Simple family. Hmm, he has a good talent for battle, but it's too bad that he only has white armor. The difference in power with his peers will become wider as they reach higher stages."

"That's right. The defense of demons becomes stronger in higher stages. Light magic might have been the most powerful element against them a long time ago, but they develop magic and countermeasures like their shield against light element. Now, other elements have stronger damage to their shield and magic," said another tier 3.

Argam smiled. "The light element is still the most lethal to the demon's bodies."

"Yeah, but you need to hit the demon or move closer and land an attack. Light element alone is difficult to do that," said Easton.

"What do you think, Harty?" asked Argam as he watched the screen.

"A one-on-one fight will not decide a whole battle. There is another way to win. Aren't you also planning to assess that?" said the penguin.

Argam chuckled as Rhys sent the demon's head into the air.

Rhys moved back to the hall. Brielle and Egon looked at him with interest.

"Hahahaha, you should have seen the surprised look on their faces," said Fu as he moved to Rhys' shoulder.

Rhys smiled, then he kept watching the other exonns. He paid attention to the three exonns that Harty had mentioned. Aria was clumsy. Brielle and Egon were savage.

After the simulation, the one-on-one match followed.

Rhys looked at his match on his digital watch. His opponent was Brielle. The girl was looking at him with a smile.
